I am supposed to have an item in the mail weeks ago. I had the incorrect address before. It was 2117 South Pleasant valley....that was the wrong address. The correct address is 2503 East Oltorf St #2117. I was just wondering if my package is possibly sitting at the post office? Thank you

I have called over six times to this and the Westlake location, each time I have been hung up on. I am trying to locate someone who can assist me in finding nearly $40,000 in checks that have been lost in the mail.

I have been calling the 1-877 and the 512 number for weeks. Got through the 1-877 to report a missing package. Receive "1" email the day after I called in my complaint saying I would be kept updated and never received another email! No one knows where the carrier delivered the package as he left someone else's package instead, we delivered that package and found out that they received someone else's package, delivered that package, and they also received someone's else's package not even in the same neighborhood. Delivered that package to the Post Office and was told to call as they were trying to GPS our package, but never heard a word and no one picks up the phone. Poor customer service for a service I paid for. And, the email was from the PostMaster of Rio Grande, who he himself never followed up on my package. Customer service happens from the top then moves down.
