At the NORTHEAST AUSTIN POST OFFICE, 900 Blackson Ave, Austin, TX 78752 they failed to deliver to my home address two important packages, my passport book and another immigration document. Both packages were labeled as insufficient address. I never moved and the immigration services will never mail a document to someone without an address. The carrier failed at least to attempt to look for my address, to redeliver the package. This carrier returned the package to immigration the same day. Now, I will have to request another passport along with the other immigration document. This post office is pretty bad and this is the second time that this is happening to me.

We have a sensor on our mailbox that sounds an alarm in the house when the box is opened. We often hear the alarm in the 12 to 3AM time frame but only for the mail delivery during daylight hours. We got a check in the mail today and had brought it in within a minute. Almost immediately, the alarm sounded again and we saw a small white SUV leaving the area. The alarm sounded twice more in the next 30 minutes. It would seem to us that someone at the post office is recording the addresses on checks.

To whom it may concern. Our mail delivery has become erratic and sloppy over this week. Mail placed in our box, without the letters to go out not taken. Mail left on our front doormat and 1 piece in our box. A piece of mail for our next door neighbor in our box, which I delivered to my neighbor. No store ads delivered as I've requested, please. Hopefully, these errors will be remedied. We're looking forward to improved delivery of our mail. Thank you. Laurie Engle 7103 Northeast Drive 78723

Your employee refuses to give us our mail at 1110 Crown oaks Dr. Sometimes we have to park around our mailbox but it's still accessible. We had a death in our family today at my residence so many cars were there and I was outside waiting for him and he refused to hand me my mail. He said he left notices there stating that he wasn't going to deliver our mail. He did not.

I have been trying to reach this post office all morning - it rings and rings and then disconnects. Very frustrating!

I recently moved here and live at 4207 Boatwright Cv Austin, TX 78725. However, the mailbox key I have is giving me the mail for 4206 so now I am wondering if someone else is getting the mail for 4207. I cannot get in touch with the Post office. Says the phone is always busy.

Cannot reach anyone at this post office. I have called 10x on 04/02 with no response and a deadline after 10 rings. Would like to know if my mailbox keys are ready before driving over. Heard the service is absolutely disgusting at this location and it shows. Why have phone numbers when you don't have operators answering them. this goes for all the Austin postal locations. Make a change and try a little harder. Please answer your phone or just get rid of the number all together because its useless and just wastes customers time. logic would tell you if actually tried and better your customer service and employee responses to customers the post office system wouldn't be in jeopardy of failing altogether.
