I have been expecting a package to be delivered since January 8, 2024. Package tracking shows was delivered 1/8/2024 but has arrived. I have had issues in the past with mail being delivered to the incorrect address and it continues to happen. I would like contact from the post office to verify my package.

The Cross Oak Ranch mail service has declined greatly. The mailboxes are not being closed causing lost mail. I received mail for 2 of my neighbors and the mail is running extremely late now. I spoke with some neighbors, and we are very concerned. I manage a business from my home and my bank statement and credit cards were delivered to the wrong address. thankfully the neighbor put them in my mailbox. This situation needs to be handled quickly! Respectful, Dr. Glenda M. Groves

My (11-day) hold mail request ended last Friday. Mailman came and left 4 pieces of mail that day, and said the rest would be delivered Saturday. Saturday...no mail! Today, Monday...no mail! And now it is after 4 p.m. so I can't call! On Friday, he even acknowledged that I had a ton of mail coming. Geesh...

Calling is this Post Office is ridiculous- I have been trying for over an hour! The key left for me to get my packages does not open the box- and now I have TWO parcels in that same box! This really stinks!

Whoever stuffed the package in my community post office box can go funky themselves.

How come since a female postal person has retired to deliver mail in Savannah texas was replaced with a dumb postal worker who either can not read or does not care about his job. I have been getting mail for other neighbors in my mail box but do not receive all my personal mail in mine even when I get noticed every day from the postal service about mail delivery where is my mail that I should receive ???? Please correct this issue

Due to continual construction of businesses and residences which feed into this local post office, the two exterior drop off boxes are quickly packed to overflowing - to the very top and almost falling out. This post office location is in need of a THIRD exterior drop box. The employees at this location are efficient and friendly!
