I received an email from the store confirming delivery of my order. I was home sick so went straight to my mail box, I had all mail there BUT my purchase. Where is my Macy's order?? phone seems to be busy all the time. I do have hopes that this will be resolved though. Thank you!

The African American women who does passport renewals and pictures needs to be fired or retrained on how to deal and speak with customers. She’s the most disrespectful person I’ve encountered in a very long time.

mail not getting delivered correctly. did not get electric bill, water bill etc. very concerning. my water bill showed up all smeared like it had been in water a few days after it was due. no cable bill either. several person in my area have the same issue. something wrong with the mail carrier and want this to be addressed very dangerous to have your mail just free floating out there for someone to access.

Still waiting on results from investigation I requested in January. still not getting half of my bills or getting them very late. one bill was due on the 7th of the month and it was delivered to me on the 13th of the month. So where was my bill? The service here is horrible and no one follows up with you while they pass out your private information to whomever they deliver your mail to. Bills, House taxes, car insurance, Utility bills, car payment bills, all this information in the hands of others. about to file a suit against them for setting me up for identity theft. Against the law to get into some ones mail box but also I think it would be against the law to wrongfully deliver your mail to strangers so they now have your account numbers etc. This is Terrible and scary and needs to stop. Had a claim opened with them a month or more ago but the problem is still continuing.

I absolutely cannot not get my mail delivered from this post office. They lost my package after I had taken off time from work to go get it. They said they would call me-I left my number-but I never heard from them and then they sent my package back saying I didn't pick it up. At present, I have five packages in limbo that have not been delivered nor do they leave a slip at my address. I am not getting things I have paid for and ordered in plenty of time for Christmas-a month for several item which I suspect are just being sent back instead OF BEING DELIVERED. What can I do to get my mail delivered. This problem is a constant for me and, in total, I have had to take at least six hours of my hard earned time from work to deal with these problems and they still can't resolve or FIND my mail. I have lived at this address for 23 years and I recently had a self-addressed stamped envelope returned to the place of business saying this was not a valid address and this person didn't live here!!! My neighbor is constantly bring over my mail that is delivered to him but is addressed to ME at MY ADDRESS! How can this be resolved?

As I write this, I have been on hold for 22 minutes and 45 seconds. To my surprise and amazement someone actually answered the number for the post office. My issue was that I had a tracking number and a verified address per the shipper but that the online tracking said "package cannot be delivered as addressed and would be returned to the sender." I communicated this to the person answering the phone and was told she would get right back to me. That was --now--more than twenty five minutes ago. Trying to recall from another line only gets a busy signal. Unfortunately this is the post office that services my residence. I try to never have any transactions with this post office, which comes across as lazy and rude. Apparently no one cares about service. You hold customers hostage waiting for mail.

I'm 65. This is by far the worst post office i have dealt with. The delivery man regularly mis-delivers letters; and is too lazy to leave notices of packages requiring signatures (good thing for tracking or they would have been sent back- one was). The office will have one person actually serving customers on Saturday, and two supervisors standing around doing nothing, with no telling how many others laughing in back.

HORRIBLE, RUDE EMPLOYEES! I forwarded our mail from Arlington to Bedford when we moved. This station never completed the change and we missed wedding invitations and many other important documents. I called the Oakwood station to try to resolve this problem and was treated rudely. No wonder the USPS IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

I had the same problem. If only they would go out of business. Sell, privatize this taxpayer-bleeding example of government inefficiency.
