Our mail never came and all they can say is we have no mail. I’d do better to get a pigeon

I've just read a few of the complaints below that span from 2 years ago to the present. We've lived here for 13 years, and always had wonderful mail delivery until this new post mistress Arrived. We've tried talking to her, but she is unreasonable and seems uncaring, or blames the poor deliveries and pick ups on sub carriers. Before her, we had the same carrier for 8-9 years. I asked what happened to her. She said she was reassigned and was staying at her new route. In our West Crossing neighborhood, there has not been one single week without violation of our privacy and mail security. We've received other's mail and had our mail delivered all over the neighborhood, not just on our immediate street. Packages are lost or delivered to wrong addresses. We have found our mail on top of the mailbox, blowing Away in the wind. We've put outgoing mail in our box, for it to be picked up AFTER 5-6:00 pm! OR to get our mail delivered, and our outgoing mail left in the box! Twice in the last 10 days alone, this has happened. So we've decided to take all our outgoing mail physically to the post office once again, seeing we are not safe with our outgoing mail. This post mistress has also boldly and defensively lied to us re: our supposed-to-be federally protected U.S. Mail.

We have been experiencing erratic mail delivery for the past week. Most days, no mail at all, which is unusual. Sunday afternoon a neighbor from further east on Taylor Blvd, was so kind as to bring us a stack of mail which seems to include some but not all of the expected mail for the period mentioned above. After examining the junk mail that she brought us, we noticed that 2323, 1701 and 2115 Taylor Blvd had been lumped together. There is no excuse for this type of behavior from our postal employees.

I realize having sub mail carriers isn't easy for them, but the delivery of packages and mail to wrong addresses in West Crossing is getting ridiculous. I got notice my package was delivered to my mailbox today and it was not. I am now trying to find where it was delivered! Tracking #9341989670090063263274

Can you let me know why a 10 year old was allowed to sign for certified mail?
