There are numerous days our block doesn't get mail. Have we moved to a certain number of days per week? Frustrating.

I would like to say a public thank you to our mail carrier, Jason. He cared enough to come to my door and let me know our dog was in the street. He then drove around corner to make sure the dog did not run into busy street. Jason is always polite and cheerful and has always done an outstanding job delivering our mail and packages. Thank you Jason!

Monday morning. Leaving for work I saw a package on the ground near the gate. It was wet. The package contained paper products. They were slightly damp. I have complained so many times that the packages are not delivered to the front door. I am sure the carrier was a temp, because this doesn't happen with the regular carrier. Do the temps not know this is unacceptable. The package must have been outside Saturday night, all day Sunday, and all night Sunday. Extremely, upsetting. I don't understand why this continues to happen.

Is the mail running this week? Or is mail delivery on hold due to the weather

The worst postal service. I have several packages never received and I am constantly receiving other peoples mail from different addresses. Operates exactly how you would expect a government facility to run, it doesn't.

My packages are being dropped in my driveway not delivered to door as they claim in delivery notices. Packages are being accidentally run over because they are left behind vehicles and left out in rain. There is not any attempt to deliver packages properly.

I am getting tired of the mail carrier delivering my mail to the wrong address or not even delivering mail I am waiting for. I am constantly getting mail for people with other addresses delivered to my house. I am constantly being told my mail is being returned to the sender when the address is correct. My vendors put a stop on my mail until I can get this corrected. God forbid we get our next stimulus check by mail. It usually happens when it is a fill in mail carrier. They need to be more careful or hire people that are able to do the job.

I live in Forest Heights Subdivision. I got on next door and what I seen was very upsetting. Someone who lives in the subdivision posted a pic of one of the mail boxes completely open. A hole section just open to the world. The mail lady forgot to lock it after she filled it. I just can’t believe it. How many mistakes does she have to make before something is done. So many people up set with the things she does. I for one had a package that was posted delivered a week before and never got it. I called looking for it and what do you know it showed up that very day I called. So is she marking delivered and not doing it unless someone complains. We’ve had problems with this mail carrier for a very long time. There is a box that she puts your packages in that has been left open for months. You can’t shut it because the lock is stopping it from closing. For months and nothing has been done. Ever time I go get my mail I close all of them because she just leaves them open. I would suggest the post master go on next door and look at all the comments. The lady that posted it put up a pic for proof. What is it going to take to get something done. I just don’t understand this. I’ve talked to the post master before about her. Please do something about this. Thank you!

I tried to get my issue resolved earlier this morning. The postal employee I spoke with was a bit rude and all the answers were "NO!". She did not even attempt to work another solution to my problem. After much frustration and upset, I called back and was fortunate enough to get Laura Garcia on the phone. Laura was very pleasant and most helpful. She was able to help me resolve the problem and figure out a workable solution. Now, that's good postal service! Thank you Laura!

First off our sorry mail carrier ran over my boxer and killed her.I live at the dead end of a county road no need to fly down the road.He throws packages in mud holes beside driveway.Delivers My mail to a similar address a couple of roads over and Hers to My house ,heck of a way to learn who Your neighbors are.Supposedly he got hurt and We had a replacement driver —- the nicest ,most friendly and courteous young lady ive met in a long time .Never one issue with not recieving My mail—- Great. Well now he is back and crappy service again.Does no good to go to post office to complain just typical gov workers that could care less.

Very happy with our new mail carrier. I know it’s tough learning new routes and she gives it her all to get her deliveries right. She is also very courteous and friendly. Thank you so much!!

Just witnessed the mail carrier drive through my yard to turn around instead of using one of the many driveways down the street. Is it too much to ask the mail carrier to treat the public with the same respect we show for you. I'm sure if I drove through your yard, you would not be too happy.

Sick that my mail arrives so late every day, have to rent a PO Box just to get mail delivered ASAP. Seems to be the new US Mail Rural delivery system is broke.

I believe the mail person hates me. I've lived here for 2 months, since the day I moved here the mail box has been left open when it rains, packages left in the mood or just put in the front yard when I have a covered porch, and I have asked for it to stop but it continues.

My person that delivers the Mail will not get out of their car, they will honk the horn and if you do not get punt in the amount of time they want they drive off without leaving a notice and I am screwed. I am a Disabled Vetran and I som can't jump up like we are under attack, get dressed and run to the person delivering the mail. What ever happened to the postman I did call the postmaster and it changed for a few weeks, but it always goes back!
