Was suppose to receive a package Monday and it said out for delivery yet it didn't get delivered and the 2 delivery guys were parked at the mail box in front of my house for 20 minutes talking laughing having a good time yet they couldn't deliver my package that they had in their van.. They took it back to the post office and now says available for pick up. Pardon my french but that's bullshit

Very rude! Could not give me my package 1 min after closing, even though I had already been there two times! Slammed the door like if I was go rob them when I’m clearly don’t have the size to scare anyone! So rude!

Good morning, mailman Homer car#3308218 delivering from San Juan, TX, greet to me & tell me my & neighbors mail box were too low & That's the reason why he doesn't closed them, regardless ob the weather. He asked if I noticed & I said yes Sir especially when my & neighbors mail is flying on the ground. But I did tell him 3yrs ago I received a map & got fixed, but he said he was given a taller car & can't reach down that he has too many deliveries & can only do so much. I called to question the height requirements I was told from ground 41in to 45in, my mail drawer is at 43in. It is a long pole & it's deep I will try my best to pick it up for my mailman, we send & recive letters from our soilder and are very important as well our bills & medical insurance, etc. I hope mailman Homer doesn't take it personal, but I do expect as better service.
