The postal worker that delivers our packages has been irresponsible and is not delivering them to the secured mailboxes that they should be placed in. This has happened to myself and a few of my neighbors. Due to this packages have been stolen. Also one of the mail persons that delivers our mail is on the phone and makes many errors resulting in lose of mail and packages. When contacted nothing was done nor were any follow up calls made. I WILL NEVER get any packaged delivered through them again.

I have tried to call this location with the phone number above which is also the phone number I received from an employee, but the call will not go through. I need to give a forwarding address for a package and can't get through to an operator

I would like to give a big shout out to the head post master and Paul in maintenance at the Addison, TX post office. I would also like to apologize to the head post master for being so short at the beginning of my phone call. I had a very upset resident over a mail box situation. The post master dispatched Paul very quickly. He was very informative in letting us know the procedures we should following going forward and why our original requests had not been addressed. It all made a lot of sense once he explained it. Again, I would like to apologize to the head post master. Thank up, Cheryl

Were I live, ( Addison Place, Addison Tx.) there is one house on each block with the same #. I get mail from every house, the people on the other streets get my mail. Many times I get a call from a company saying I didn't pay a bill, I've talked to the PO in Addison Tx. about this to no avail. I asked to have my mail forward to Fl. last month and was told today the carrier messed up!!! WTF I'd get canned if I preformed this bad.

The number on the website for all the USPS passport locations beginning with 844 needs to have a 1 preceding the number for the call to reach the Post Office. If you call the number as is, you will reach a Ford Dealership in Virginia. This number is on five Dallas/Ft. Worth PO locations: Addison, Richardson, Richland, Rosemeade and Plano. Please correct this asap. Thanks, Sherry
