I have so many problems either receiving someone else's mail/package in my box, or my mail/package is delivered to someone else's box. One day I received 3 different pieces of mail with 3 different addresses....non of which were mine. I want to clarify that this usually occurs when my regular carrier is not working. I am beyond frustrated. I have spoke to someone in the office who was very kind and apologetic.
I have had many problems with Spring Hill Post Office. Almost daily other people's mail is in my box which certainly makes me wonder "Where is my mail?". When I am out of town & do a "Mail Stop" either the mail is not stopped the day it is supposed to be or when I return although I get an e-mail saying it will be delivered on "X" date it is not & I have to go to the Post Office to pick it up. When I have voiced concern I was too my postal person had been sick. To which I replied " the last 3 years". I have had packages barley stuck in the mailbox with 90% stuck out in the rain and so on and so on. But today tops it all. When I went to the mailbox one item was in the box & two items were in the ROAD. Do you think the driver didn't know they dropped it or were they so unconcerned they would not get out & pick it up?
They frequently lose packages. Many times they will leave a slip saying that my package has been delivered to the front office at my apartment complex and yet the package is not there. When I call the post office to ask what happened they are rude and act like I'm wasting their time.
I have never heard a postal employee speak to others the way the Spring Hill postal service employee does. His boss Jim has to be aware of his employee's behavior, but acted as if this was the first time he had heard of such. Google reviews is full of negative comments about this same employee. I'll keep going up the chain until I get some results... It's time for this employee to go.
Good luck. I spoke to Jim on the phone today and he hung up on me three times. Once because I said that the problem w gov employees was the Sh@tty customer service. He then proceeded to argue with me each time I called back and hung up on me twice more. I'll be calling USPS customer service but I doubt it will matter.

Aaahh yes, the Spring Hill Post Office. Staffed by a bunch of slow as molasses in the winter, have to line them up with a pole to see if they are moving, slugs. My last visit was December 28, 2013. I vowed to change everything to direct pay after that and I did. If the Postmaster cares or wonders why the postal business is on the decline he need only go stand in line at the local post office. I hope they go out of business, I do...I really do.
