I had my mail forwarded from Seymour to my new home in SC and it has yet to be done. A friend checked my mailbox and it was completely full. I have tried calling and can’t get in touch with anyone. I’m now gonna have to drive all the way back there to speak w someone.

The carrier that said they attempted delivery was not truthful. Home all day. Carrier said customer requested to pick up. Not true. Son stopping this morning to get the package. The package better be there. This was an order through Amazon and delivery by USPS. Steven Wood is the recipient of the package.

This as got to be the worst post office ever. The person who delivers have no care in the world for peoples valuable items My order said delivered from October 14 and today is the 19th and I have not seen not only one package but NONE OF MY PACKAGES. All I’m getting is run around

I love this store. They help me in every possible way. I send stuff out from there at least once or twice a week and they are alway glad to help me. And my mail carrier Brian is always on time. And very good about packages. I can’t say enough good things about our Seymour, Tenn post office.

I ordered 3 booster seats for grandchildren and I received note from USPS that mail box was full. They would try to deliver at at later date. My question is what size mailbox do I need to install or could they possibly leave them on my front porch like usual?

HORRIBLE. I've never in my life and all the different cities I have lived needed to go pick up my "deliveries" as often as I do here in Seymour. Apparently the delivery drivers are well over paid. To avoid running out of dog food subscription through Amazon - I had to cancel...why have it if I have to go pick it up anyway? Might as well support a local business instead of the over paid, lazy mail deliverers (if they feel like it....)

This has got to be the biggest joke of a place I ever saw Understand their under pressure but I am over trying to deal with this place. So I will b con tacting my lawyer on what rights i have and where to go from here. All i asked was to leave my boxes in postal lockers by mailbox but evidently someone on this rd doesnt want that option. But I personally did NOT WANT TO DRIVE ALL THAT WAY FOR MY BOXES. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

I've been doing my own shipping for the past 2 1/2 years and it's not an easy job. I want to say Thanks for all the help I get at our Seymour Tn. 37865 Post Office. Great Job

The last couple of years, since postmaster changed, Seymour lacks efficiency. Carriers either can’t follow directions, or are not receiving communication.

Our post office in Seymour does a fine job. One question: this Saturday and last Saturday we received no mail. This is odd. Usually we get heaps of mail all week including Saturdays. What is going on, if anything?

Our carrier all of suddenly has changed for the worse. They would deliver packages bigger than our mailbox could handle to our front porch. We replaced our old mailboxes with indestructible mailboxes. I got the height wrong two times and on the third try made it what they wanted. Now, they refuse to deliver any packages to our home, but they will deliver to our neighbor who has the exact same mailbox. They have made our life miserable forcing us to try to get to their place before they close to pick up our packages when we work in other near by cities. Somebody help us correct this awful situation.

Once again, I received a damaged, open package and my 85.00$ pearl is missing. Tracking # 9400111899564794383520. I have pictures and the value. I want it replaced immediately. I cannot believe it was ever delivered this way!
