Something needs to be done about the Sub Mai Man that takes the route when Randy is not available, cause it never fails If i have a package that cannot fit in the box he is to lazy to bring it a few feet to the house.. Randy always did , the mail man before Randy did..... and I order things for other people and then I keep track of the tracking and let them no a day ahead when it is to arrive, and then they get to my house the next day and I have to tell them sorry no package due to the Sub taking it back to the post office instead of delivery it to house if it will not fit in mail box... This time according to tracking the excuse was Could not deliver to unsecure location.... what a joke same location and same mail box for 25 years.. and same house... Either have the Sub who takes over at times to deliver or get someone who will tired of this
I got a text saying package delivered and there was no package. I'm tired of writing not my mail and placing it back in mailbox and not getting my mail until 10 days or more after due dates. Being told package delivered and it was not. One package several weeks ago was delivered and it was on the ground in my yard and soaking wet because it rained hard that day. This needs to change.
I want to know where my package was delivered today and if it is going to be brought to me by tomorrow. If not who is going to reimburse all my money for what I ordered to be delivered to my address because the tracking info is saying it was left here and it was NOT left here.

Beyond frustrated!! Was told that a package was delivered on 1-26-21. It was NOT DELIVERED! Tracking #94001082205496203160750. This is happening many times. Also I received a government check for $600,. but never received the second check for my husband. I hate being told that something was delivered when it was not! I did receive one package, but not the two that allegedly were delivered!
I'm getting tired of my packages being left at my neighbor's house. Sometimes propped up against the wheel of their motorhome right beside the road for anyone to pick up. I have been told the driver didn't have enough turn around space. My husband created a turnaround about a year ago and I have still had 4 packages left at neighbors. The package was for my birthday on Sunday. It was left Friday and no note or anything was in my mailbox. There hasn't been a note on the last 4 packages telling me where they were.
