The mail person in Milky Way is very disappointing as a delivery person. He will not deliver any package that requires him to get out of his vehicle. Instead, he leaves a note saying there is no safe place for delivery...THERE IS!!!! LEAVE MY PACKAGES! I have to wait until the weekend to get packages I need or ask someone to make a special trip from Columbia to go to Pulaski to get my package all because he is too dang lazy to get out of his car to do his job.

The mail carrier keeps putting the wrong mail in my mailbox at 2193 Lewisburg hwy here in pulaski TN.

The postal worker named Michelle has more than once created a problem for me. I've gone in for shipping and other things and I've not gotten a straight answer from her ever. I recently went in to close out my PO box asked a lot of questions and got really very few answers and ambiguous answers from her. In the end decided not to close it out but to wait until it was closer to The time of my contract ending. I went back in there today to close out my PO Box only to learn that it already was closed. I was never told that it was officially closed nor was I given the ability to get a refund on my keys. This young lady is always doing things like this. Leaving out half of the information or not telling you the actual actual and accurate information. She is the yellow stain on an otherwise white shirt. Everyone else in the post office is just fine. If I ask a question I never get a complete and full answer. Additionally every time I go in there she is eating or chewing. You can never really get to talk to her without her chewing on something and I find it disrespectful.
