Postal Locations

Our person who delivers my mail has not been delivering my mail promptly especially bills. I get 2 water bills from BCUD for 2 different meters sent to my main address. For the last 5 months I have had to call up the water company to get the bill for 450 Cortner Hollow Rd. She reads the billing address as the delivery address. I am getting tired of not getting the bill. She also doesn't finish delivery of a day and either does it late at night or so e other time. I go out to get the mail at 430 pm and delivery is around 2pm. Looks like they don't do delivery on Saturdays all the time. I know around what time of the month I receive what bills, checks and magazines. I also get upset that even I call during business hours that no one answers the phone !
