I can't believe that the post office would fly a Black Lives Matter flags and Not the Tennessee State flag.

Management decision, of the particular location, has nothing to do with state government.

what a joke.uspc is an essential government service.uspc has taken almost one month to deliver 3 in town bills. we are now charged with late fees over $100. they were going to cancel my medical prescription service because of your late delivery. No one should trust your delivery. I take my bills to be mailed to the germantown post office but they said they send them downtown be processed and it is their responsibility.

On October 10, 2020 around 11:30 PM an intoxicated individual knocked over six mailboxes on Dougherty Street in Coldwater, Mississippi 38618. Mail box numbers are: 772, 785, 782, 792, 799 and 802. One witness saw the individual that night and knew who he was. I called the Coldwater police department and they sent an officer to my apartment and he talked with me and two neighbors, one of the neighbors was the witness. The officer went to the address of the offender but no one would answer the door. The officer took the report and told me to come to the police department the next day and get a copy of the report and since it was a federal offense I should take it to the post office in Coldwater. I took it to the post office and the girl behind the counter told me they didn't know what to do with it and threw up her hands. She said she would give the police report to her supervisor and they would call me. That never happened. I never received a call. I have attempted to call the post office in Coldwater numerous times and have never gotten anyone to answer. I have been in the office there many times and can hear the phone ringing in the back and saw people walking around in the back but never saw or heard anyone attempt to answer. Can someone please check into this and see if anything can be done about this individual? The Coldwater police said they have had problems with him before.

you know its really sad that government employees treat people the way the Post offices do in Memphis TN..I have never in my life met the most rudest people ever!! I have laptops that have been sitting there for DAYSSSS my children cant even start school without them!! they are already a week behind because these rude people never give you a chance to talk they just transfer you to the next dumb ass employee that works there! to say I'm pissed would be an understatement!! my children's education is very important as if they had kids im sure they think the same thing!! for the love of god please ship my damn package so my children don't get further behind!!!!!

Phyllis Burton - Field Sales Representative - Mailing/Shipping Specialist Memphis, TN I am writing to compliment a USPS employee, Phyllis Burton. Phyllis called and made an appointment to come in and talk with us regarding our postal needs. She was so extremely helpful and detailed. We have had several large mail outs that were hard to determine the correct postage for. We took them to the local post office and many were still returned to us. Phyllis went through the process with us and explained the differences with letters and packages. She left helpful information and said she would be glad to come out and help with any large mail outs that we have in the future. Wow, what a rock star. Phyllis is such a professional ambassador for USPS! We love Phyllis!
