Postal Locations

Yesterday Oct 10, 2023 I used the drop off barrel in Bartlett TN however I need to know that it was taken out of it and is moving along. There is no handle and I had to push hard to get the drop in. It also hurt my hand ! Really would like for someone to also pick Up the phone when I call!!

Cannot get mail or packages delivered when they are supposed to be delivered at all. The staff inside the building is extremely rude and can never seem to answer ANY questions in regards to the post office even though that's where they work. Seems as if no one wants their job at this post office. This is BEYOND ridiculous!!!

I live in the Kirby Woods subdivision near Stage and Kirby Whitten in Bartlett. We had a new mail carrier on Wednesday (7/6). My wife spoke to her ans told it was her first day. Since then I do not believe that we have had any mail delivery. I am expecting a authorization letter for a medical procedure that I am scheduled to have on Tuesday. Can I get an update as to whether we are being serviced? If not, can I go to the Post Office to see if I can pick up my mail? We have also not received the weekly Kroger and Aldi ads in weeks.

The mail service we receive is horrible. We did not get our mail picked up last week 3 out of 5 days. This is 2-1-22. we did not get our mail picked up yesterday. We have met with the Post Office several times last year for these reasons and the problem still exist. We have a volume of mail daily and can't get the post office to do their job. It is time to fire them all.

The postal service does a good job at delivering the mail, but I just wish my home delivery was at a early consistent time of day. My home delivery ranges from 3:00 PM to 7:00PM.

I constantly have my mail and my neighbor's mail misdirected, between our two locations (our house numbers are very similar, despite living on a street that only has four houses on it. Today, a shipment that I have been waiting for, is shown (via USPS tracking number) to have been delivered to my house, with the wording "In or near the mailbox" !!! Needless to say, it's not here. What kind of moron would leave a package on the ground, at the curb, "near" the mailbox ??? Adding the "icing to this cake" is the near impossibility, to reach someone by phone at this local post office. I guess that I am headed down there tomorrow, to waste a day, complaining, and trying to get one of these "too casual" people to find my package. Worry about your own language......

I signed up for USPS Informed Delivery some months ago. Since that time, I have had mail delivered days after the notification of pending delivery and when I do receive it, it has been opened revealing PII/HIPAA information. This tells me the carrier is not paying attention to the task at hand and delivering my mail to whomever, giving someone the opportunity to create chaos.

I'm not getting things I ordered or mail

we have not had any mail deliveries since 2/14/2021. Why are the Post Office Mail Man not delivering our mails? We deserves to get our every day mail.

We have not had a mail delivery all this week beginning 2/14. I can't depend on using USPS mail to pay my bills any more.

I find it unfortunate that USPS delivery personnel don’t deliver packages to 3rd floor apartments. Most of my items are packages that don’t fit in my mailbox. I work midnights and don’t wake up until they are closed. I bought a ring doorbell to insure my packages don’t get stolen. I don’t have this issue with anyone else. I’d understand if it’s perhaps someone with medical issues. But apparently there is a policy that states they aren’t required to and I am also unable to request it. I wish I could stop using USPS all together and just use the other delivery places.

I have not been receiving my packages and mail to my address. This is the second time in one month that I have not received my mail. They can never find your package. They mark your product as delivered when it has not. I am so frustrated. They need to shut this location down. Everyone in the post office are very unprofessional. They have misplaced me son very important medicine. I am also receiving other people mail.

I live at 1228 Whitten Rd Memphis, TN 38134. Ive had to replace my mail box 6 times because the carrier lives the door to my mail box open and when it rains my mail gets soaked. My box sits on Whitten Rd a very busy two way street and when trucks with large side view mirrors past my mailbox they knock the door office my box because the carrier leaves it open. Please please close my mailbox door.

Someone else has been getting my mail. They’re always nice enough to leave it except for my last delivery. Where is my mail?!

Our mail delivery is horrible (Oak Forrest Hills Subdivision by Daybreak) We often get the neighbors mail and they get ours and once again I had trouble getting my mail out of the mailbox because I package was shoved in even though it shouldn’t have been. And this time the package even said portraits Do not bend stamped all over it but it was shoved in and bent! I have complained about this before!

To the Manager of the Bartlett, TN PO. RE-TRAIN your mail delivery "specialists" for Summerdale Estates.... So tired of not getting my mail or getting the neighbors mail and having to do their jobs. If I'm going to continue doing their jobs, please hand deliver my paycheck asap. Also, might be a plus to not allow cellphones as I see so many using theirs while driving their work trucks.

Service is awful at best. Mail may arrive anywhere between 11 and 5:30 or 6. Mail is delivered to other addresses, not mine, but I get it. Mine is delivered elsewhere also. I always get something if only junk mail, and I've not received anything in 3 days.

Once again my text says package was delivered and SHOCKER, it’s not. The tracking says it was left in the mailbox and guess what...it’s not in there. Been calling all morning to nothing but a busy signal, it’s a 50 min wait to talk to someone on the 800 number at USPS so what now! My mail gets delivered wrong all the time and I get my neighbors mail and another family’s mail a street over who has the same house number, constantly. Now something needed for work is GOD KNOWS WHERE and no one to talk to! UNACCEPTABLE!

tracking information shows it was attempted to be delivered but mailbox was full. Mailbox was full of junk mail belonging to another address. States to follow instructions on the notification that was left...that wasn't left. NO notification with instructions. No reference no and no answer the phone. Additionally, this was to a business address. Perhaps, the mail person that flew by in the truck could have brought it to the door of the business.

Package tracking show delivered. I was standing at the mailbox and took mail from the mailman. It was not among them. Post office doesn't answer the phone. Worst customer service ever.

I have been on the phone for 35 minutes just to find out where my package is. I am hearing how important my call is, but I do not believe that. You would think that someone would come on every now and then and let you know they have not forgotten about you!!
