I usually talk to the carriers I’m very kind to them I myself am a former T-6 with usps and know the system pretty well . I’ve noticed this weekend I didn’t receive my check and that usually falls on the Dps department at times not just the carrier ,my paper check was sent out from Brentwood thursday. But it still raises eye brows why there’s no mail at all this weekend and I thought I’d take the time to see if there is a reason for our first class mail in this complex isn’t being delivered. Because I’m not the only one .

went in to Madison P.O. and filled a stop delivery form. They keep delivering to over flow. Carrier went to neighbor to see if we still lived there. Neighbor agreed to hold mail for us. What's the use?

This location is a joke!!! Canceled my permanent change of address then tell me its still active and now we have lost mail and cant get ahold of anyone over the phone and when you go in to talk to someone they do everything to not answer you and push you out the door with no help what so ever.

This post office does not deliver the mail correctly. We get mail for other people and do not get all of ours. Metro Water sent out the bills on 28th of Aug and we still have not received it, it seems Like every time we complain about our service it is slowed up for several day before it is returned to what passes for normal.

There are people still at the school during the summer but so far no mail has been delivered this week. The mail needs to be delivered as usual, I am expecting some mail that has deadlines. Please let our mail carrier know this. And yes, the phone is constantly busy.

I had a sender mail me a package. according to the tracking number it was delivered today. The package was not delivered. I don't know why the phone number is even posted cause it constantly stays busy. I don't know what to do. The procedure to track my package on line is a joke. Looks like I'm screwed. I can understand all the negative complaints I've seen on line about the Madison Post Office

I've been waiting on a package for days now only to be told my package is undeliverable through the tracking service and when I try calling the phone is always off the hook and when it does ring no one answers.

i understand the statement below and i am saying evryone there is extremely hateful and rude not only that my mailman from this post office decides when he wants to deliver my packages including my health medication so far they have "lost" over 6 of my packages did i mention these are narcotics and heart medication i need to survive i believe their is something more to this but this post office lies and says there is nothing they can do about it, i kindof wonder if the mailman keeps these packages for himself.....

I'm not saying everybody there is rude and disrespectful but majority of the employees show lack of compassion and comes across as if they don't like working there. When you call to get some help if you're put on hold, they don't tell you another person would be put on the phone nor does the 2nd or 3rd person taking the call explains who they are and why they are talking to you. When someone answers your question they have an attitude explaining it to you. These individuals are on the the defense with the wrong person.
