Terrible service and rude. Due to the snow, mail has not been delivered in over a week. The main roads are completely clear and that includes the roads to our neighborhood. The roads in our neighborhood are clear. There is some snow in the parking area for the mailboxes, but nothing I can't manage even in my little car. Last week I called and was told I could pick up my mail. I got there and was told forget getting a package. Then the agent went into the back and came out with one piece of junk mail and said it was all he could find! Made me wonder where the rest of my mail was. Sunday an Amazon package was delivered to my mailbox by the post office so I figured I would have mail on Monday. Package tracking showed a package was out for delivery. Then at 6:20 they posted that they couldn't deliver the package due to weather and "dangerous conditions." Today it just says there is a delay due to the dangerous conditions. Made the mistake of calling. After about a half hour or so of getting a busy signal I finally got someone on the phone. I maintained a calm voice and manner, did not use bad words, and yet she yelled at me. She accused me of saying things I had not said. She said it was too bad that they have customers who don't appreciate that they are doing their best (I'd hate to see their less than best). She did not address why it was safe to deliver something on Sunday but not on Monday. Just told me how "her" drivers were "risking their lives on the roads to deliver mail." She told me that they hope to have everyone caught up by this Friday, which will mean two weeks without any mail.

If I could give them a zero i would. I had certified Mail coming and the postal carrier maked it access undeliverable. We have a circle driveway so there was no reason for not delivering a certified letter.

Someone has got to do something about this 37918 postal branch! Totally unacceptable!! Mail not been delivered, lost, and now the worker didn’t enter the address into the computer. Evidently the address on the envelope wasn't enough. And oh yes, i took a photo of my PROPERLY ADDRESSED ENVELOPE. Nobody answers the phone here. Guess you will be seeing me in the office soon

We have not gotten mail since Monday (it’s Friday). Because I get the informed delivery I can see that important mail should be delivered but isn’t. Do I have to go to the post office and demand my mail? What’s going on?? UNACCEPTABLE

I’ve had outgoing mail in my box since early Monday morning. Still in there as of 7:00 AM this morning. What’s the problem? Does the mail no longer get delivered on this street? Terrible service. Could someone give me an explanation please? No one bothers to even answer the phone. Very disgusting.

I have lived in the 37918 zip code for over 20 years and this post office is a joke. Packages are misdelivered all the time, except for the times that the postman puts down that he can't deliver package because my driveway was blocked. The staff is rude, slow, uninterested, or spacey. They will not answer the phone and if by chance you are able to get someone to answer they don't have a clue what you are asking or they are rude. I had a package that said it was out for delivery, 3 days later it now says that it is awaiting the delivery scan. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I can't get anyone on the phone so now I am going to have to find time to leave work and go to the post office. Are they lazy or just stupid?

The person/people who delivers to the Cottage of Tazewell apartments decided it was okay to put my package in the same box as another resident. Now whoever had a package in that same box took my package. Apparently this is a reoccurring thing with the person. When the people in the office talked to her she admitted to putting multiple residents packages in one box because she “doesn’t have time” to do her job correctly. Now that leaves free range for packages to get stolen.

Whoever delivers to Greer Rd 37918 on Saturdays left my package with an IPad that I ordered online on TOP of my mailbox. Anyone driving by could have taken it. This past Saturday he or she left my package on the ground next to my mailbox. They should have left it on my porch. I’m so mad. Laziness and incompetence

I received an email saying package delivered Saturday, Sept. 19. It wasn't! No one will answer phone at Fountain City Branch. Main (800) number provides no menu option for reporting mis-delivery of package. Seller through Amazon says contact post office to resolve...How the heck am I supposed to do that?
