THE LOBBY IS NOT BEING OPENED AT THE TIME THEY SAY. I HAVE BEEN THERE MULTPLE TIMES IN JULY AND AUGUST 2020 AND THE DOORS ARE NOT OPEN. I CAN'T GET ACCESS TO MY P.O. BOX

There were two Christmas cards sent to my Daughter in Knoxville, TN. Both were returned as "UN-deliverable as addressed". We checked the address and zip code and both were correct.
I have tried several times on 2 days to reach the main post office or the one I was referred to but never was able to reach a human being to find out why these cards were returned. What ever happened to good service? FYI the zip code is 37921, it's not as if she lives out in the Country, and the address is clearly seen on her house.

I put a birthday card with a fifty dollar gift card in one of your secure blue boxes at the store and USPS lost my kids card! I called your employees about it and they were of no real help! I will not be using your services anymore.. I hope that you are taken over by private enterprise because you've failed at being a good service to our country!
