I find it difficult to believe that a post office is not open before 8, during the lunch hour, and closes at 4:00, so people who work cannot get there to do business.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This office has the WORST mail delivery I have ever experienced in my 50 Yrs on the planet. The delivery person NEVER and I do mean NEVER attempts to deliver any certified mail to our home ever. She will leave an attempt to deliver slip in the box when never attempting to leave her vehicle and have us sign. We work from our home and have seen this with our own eyes now 3 times! Today she has no delivered a package to our neighbor for the 5th or 6th time when having delivered other mail to our house. I have no idea why this happens but it does consistently. This office needs to be completely restaffed. Our tax dollars are being thrown out the window on this operation as usual. That is why we personally use UPS or FED EX when shipping ANYTHING!!!!!!

I have had the worst experience with my meal that anyone could ever have. I have lived in the same address for over three years and my postal carrier gives my mail to the surrounding neighbors one day I found it laying outside the mailbox in the road in the rain my next-door neighbor has the same problem I never know when I’m going to have a package delivered to my address or my mail delivered to my address or someone else’s. I have had my mail delivered two months after the post date I called this morning to complain that UPS said I had a package delivered and my mailbox and it wasn’t there I spoke with Kimberly Rogers she was rude she was not helpful and as far as customer service he is she is one of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with my package was at the post office and had not been delivered because they said they didn’t receive it until yesterday and my tracking from UPS show that they got it two days ago and that they had already shipped it out to me but they hadn’t. Either she is mine or UPS is. I have never been treated any worse by representative that I have been that hard this morning. I am very upset about my mail and the way it’s being delivered. And it seems like there’s nothing I can do at the local level. And like I said all of my neighbors are experiencing the same problem
