The staff at this facility choose to take lunch whenever they want to and just put a sign on the door for an hour and a half. That might have been fine in 1960 but it doesn't work today. Please set a lunch time and add it to your hours of operation

I have a question since no one ever answers the phone. This afternoon the driver of a blue Honda van was putting something into each mailbox in my neighborhood. I went out to see what was being delivered to find a flyer inviting people to sign up to be substitute teachers in the local school system. Is this legal and permissible? I do not wish to have people others than those authorized by the USPS going into my mailbox.

Wednesday April 21 2021 Mail carrier on Summerville rd, Colonial Heights left a package on the ground at mailbox POST. Too lazy to deliver to house. Lucky i got home before someone else picked it up. Not the way to ship anything of value.

I am not receiving some of my packages/mail. There must be someone new at the Colonial Heights office for I have not had this problem in a few years . Instead of delivering my mail to 518 Beechwood ROAD off Hwy 36 at the end of Fordtown, it is being delivered to a different house number on Beechwood DRIVE or STREET off of Lebanon Road in the heart of Colonial Heights. The poor woman that received 2 of my packages this month was upset enough that she got in her car and brought the packages to me, saying she gets my mail all the time and sends it back. I just discovered that something I ordered was just returned to the vendor as undeliverable!!! I order from this vendor regularly and they have my correct address! I had been waiting on that order and am very upset! Although the Colonial Heights branch is open right now, I cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls! THERE IS NOT A HOUSE NUMBER 518 ON ANY OTHER BEECHWOOD EXCEPT BEECHWOOD ROAD!!!!!!

I just tried to call but the line was busy, I just wanted to commend a worker I saw. As I was sitting in the parking lot in colonial heights at the mountain region family medicine I saw and employee be very caring and patient and I think he deserves to be thanked. As he walked up an elderly man walking at a very slow pace using 2 canes was walking to the door and your employee went out of his way to hold both doors open for this man. This interaction took place for almost 5 minutes as the man was really struggling. However the employee handled it with such kindness and a smile on his face. I know you guys are in a hurry a lot of the time but this man was a truly good person, I could see it in his eyes. Thank you sir.- Random car guy 11/21/17

To Whom It May Concern: There are two employees that work at the Colonial Heights Office that need to be recognize for their excellent service they give to your patrons. Their names are Jake Kiser and Yvette Begley. These two employees need to be given a verbal thank you and recognize for the excellent work they do for your post office in Colonial Heights, Tennessee. I watch these two employees work tireless thru the Christmas Season and with a smile always on their face when they both would be so tired. I was there numerous times mailing out packages to family members for Christmas and I was so impress with these two employees. Please recognize their excellent performances with a plaque and maybe a gift card to a restaurant, etc. Make them an example for other employees to show them what hard work can earn you. Thank you for your time. I hope I will get a reply letting me know these two employees got recognize by their boss. What a difference it will make to employees knowing their staff does care about them. I know because, I retire from the bank and I got recognize numerous times by my boss from letters to him telling him what an excellent employee I was. My boss would recognize me with plaques days off with pay, etc. and you know it was such an honor for me I would go above and beyond my job requirement to make a difference to customers and to make sure they got the best service possible. Thank you for your time and concern for these two well deserve employees. Sincerely, Frances Pigg phone 239-5261
