I was asked to trim a tree from my mailbox. I trimmed it and still my mail wasnt delivered. So I have to waste my time coming to the post office with a photo of the tree to see what in .....they want trimmed. I'm tired of getting crap from my carrier. I put a large mailbox up and have tried to do what i need to do. I am disgusted and if I have any further problems I'll deal with the postmaster. I've had to take other people in my subdivision their mail and they've returned mine that was put in the wrong box when the address was plain on mail and the boxes are marked. I wouldn't have said anything but if someone is making it hard on me then I can give my feedback.

The USPS has seen the last of my business as far as paying bills using them. I have received overdue notices from 2 places that never received the checks. They never showed up in my bank account. I am going totally online for bill paying. This latest USPS screw up ties in with a lost package that was shipped via USPS and the only thing that showed up was an overdue bill for the package. Needless to say I will never ever ship via USPS nor order anything from anyone that uses USPS. Guess the USPS was too busy delivering fraud mail in ballots to take care of regular business.

Absolutely the sorriest delivery service out there. A package I ordered was never delivered. The invoice was stuck in the mailbox dirty and torn. Normally this info is attached to the package. The package was too large to put in the mailbox. The invoice was dated for payment on 11/02. I received it in my mailbox on 11/18. The seller has sent me another correspondence stating they are going to add late charges and or turn over to collections even though I tried to explain to the seller what happened. The tracking number showed the package being put on the truck on 11/18. The postal worker not only was not any help but acted as though I was bothering her. She then put refusal into the system. I am sending in payment for something the post office lost or destroyed(glassware) to prevent my credit rating from being blemished. If I ever order online again I will stipulate ship via UPS or no deal.

Our driver does not deliver any packages to the door. I have a gravel driveway and she uses the excuse the driveway is bad but it’s not, it’s just gravel. Terrible customer service from this delivery person. UPS and Fedex have no problem with it, the mail person drives a Jeep.

Whoever delivers my mail, does not take my out going mail. I have the flag up, on my mailbox, but the mail wasn't taken. They put the flag down and doesn't bother, to even open my mailbox. I even put the outgoing mail as far as I can, towards the mailbox door. This happened more than once. I can look past one time, but multiple times is very unacceptable! This happened today, Friday, April 27, 2020, plus the other multiple times. Please discuss this issue, with the mail person, so I can get my bills paid out. Thank you.

This makes 4 months I’ve had the same complaint and this time I can’t even get an answer of the phone!! Why is it hard to put a package by the door? I have to open and disassemble my package EVERY TIME because for some reason, the carrier simply refuses to STOP putting it in there! I have requested then complained several different ways!! You’d think as many delivery options available that they would be more customer friendly!

Postwoman delivers when and if she wants to and drives up on lawns. Lazy lazy lazy. No mail delivered or picked up today! Not uncommon either.

worst post office in the world. I guess the postman can just decide whether or not you entered your address correctly. They delivered my correctly addressed online purchase to a different address (same street name just CIRCLE instead of DRIVE...which in itself is Jonesborough's fault) but because they thought it had to be addressed wrong, they delivered it to the incorrect one and now can't get my package back, so it's up to me to track and hunt down someone in charge, who seems to take a LOT of lunch breaks, just to get my $30 back. Absolutely terrible.
