Postal Locations

Packages do great until they get here. Once here, Johnson City sends them everywhere except the direction they should be going to. This typically adds another 2-3 days for them to arrive. This happens with about everything I’ve ordered over the past two years.

My cell phone has been sitting here forever

I’m trying to track a package that was supposedly delivered to our home on 9-12-22. We never received it. Can someone please tell me who to contact about this issue?? So frustrating.

Don't know how to get ahold of this office... My mailbox shares a post with front neighbors. Their house was sold and renovated. One of the contractors knocked the mailbox down, it was erected using same post which made it shorter. Now post carrier says mail will stop if I don't raise a new post. What I want to know is.. what right of way do I have for my box? As I intend to replace only my box and post... And if this is not acceptable I am going to take out federal vandalism charges on realty company.

I HAVE TOLD YOU PEOPLE THAT I DONT GET MY MAIL CAUSE YOUR DRIVERS ARE SO INCOMPETENT TO TAKE THERE TIME AND PAY ATTENTION TO NAME AND BOX NUMBER TOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY PACKAGE THAT YOU CANNOT DO YOUR JOB RIGHT SO STUPID PEOPLE

Do I have to walk the mile to the post office in order to find out what happened to my package that you said you could not deliver because you refuse to answer your phones? I don't have time to do so!

6 pkgs 'out for delivery' but carrier doesn't deliver, just drives on by. Can NEVER get an reach anyone on the phone. Sad

Can't ever talk to person on the phone,No one answers it. It is ridiculous.

HOW ABOUT ANSWERING THE PHONES AND STOP LEAVING THEM OFF THE HOOK.....ALL I EVER GET IS A BUSY SIGNAL OR NOBODY EVER ANSWERING!!!!!! NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I sent a package to my grand daughter on November 28th, it was delivered on November 30th per tracking info, but package has not been found. Apparently the mail carrier thinks it is okay to leave packages "on the bridge" the weather was rainy/snowy and wet, if this package was left "on the bridge", the contents are now ruined as they were clothing. I am appalled at the lack of communication from the USPS, I opened a case on this, have not heard a word about it, am unable to get anyone at the post office to answer the phone, and the mail carrier had a sub that day, so they are no help at all.

SOMETHING is very wrong at this postal facility. I bought a package for my daughter and her husband via CHINA for surgical masks (they are First Responders... ) After watching the package all the sudden I see my daughter has moved away from her home on BOWERS AVE. While her first name was correct I used her maiden name also. Seeing this apparently the carrier (individual) simply decided not to deliver the package. I don't believe for one minute the individual knows my daughters name. Since when do carriers decide simply not to deliver a package because of a name. My bet is the individual has no idea who my daughter is much less her name. My daughter asked the unit supervisor at the PO how this could happen. The response. The individual shouldn't have done what they did. They have been warned not to do it. WHAT ? how many warnings. Unacceptable to me I assure you. THIS HAS ME MAD. I will follow the package back to the vendor in China. If it fails to arrive I will be calling for a "POSTAL INSPECTOR" to look into the matter and isolate what happened to the package of masks. Who knows what is going on at the PO. What other problems ? I assure you this will haven.

I've been living at same address for over 12 years, we had a mailman that was always prompt and on time for longest time never had problem if package was to high for box he would go out of his way and bring it to my door, well past several months we have maillady and sorry say but it's like she doesn't care about mail,3/4 of time my mail or package is always sent back to sender because maillady is to lazy or just cant read, my mail box doesn't sit on the road of my address it sits on a side street so they use that for excuse when the dang postoffice is the the placed it there, another thing if driver cant find my box they write on package wrong apt number or wrong address or no such address and I've have told any body I was getting delivery from do not ship thru USPS because they are totally miss up, so now for the past 2 months I've got another package being sent back to sender thanks USPS thanks for so poor service

Why are mail trucks running on Sunday 11/18/18?

I was waiting for a package to be delivered on Saturday. The postal carrier was at our mailboxes and was getting ready to leave I asked her if she had a package for me and told her my name and address and where it was coming from. She said she a a very large package for one of my neighbor's and that was all she had. After she left I asked one of my neighbors if they received a package and she said no but she would look at the other porches to see if they had one. Well she had left mine on a neighbors porch even though I told her my name and apt number and it was written all over the small box where it was from she still said I don't have anything for you today I am just a Substitute. This ids not the first time in 5 and 1/2 years I didn't receive something. Just highly disappointed to be liued to straight to my face

I live at 3 mel circle 2 and I haven't received a letter from an inmate at the jail yet and it's been two weeks and he said he sent it so IDK if the jail misplaced his letter or it got lost during the move to the post office or it got tossed out or the jail people threw it out...i need answers cause the jail can't give me any...

My address is 200 Arrowhead Drive #1, Johnson City, TN 37601. We have had the same woman for our delivery for quite some time and she always arrives around 9:30 - 10:00 and is very efficient. We now have a different woman coming who is not coming around until 3:00 or so. Our condo complex has a mailbox which we have keys to open our boxes. This new woman is also putting wrong mail in wrong boxes. I just thought you should know. I don't know if this woman is our new delivery woman or will the original return at some point. I just would like to get our mail in a timely manner and the correct mail in the correct spot. Thank you.

I can not contact you by phone an its impossible in the 1800 number since that automated thing doent understand me ,,,,,,,,,,you lost my registered package an were supposed to call us but haven't yet ,,,,,its a 30 min drive to your office . so can some one contact me ...............
