Just found all my mail ruined on the porch because the mail carrier did not bother to let us know they dropped it off. Textbook RUINED, 2 other packages that came in cardboard boxes RUINED. Money down the drain that I'm sure the post office won't reimburse and now two companies to call in hopes they will MAYBE refund or send us new items. I cannot believe this is how inconsiderate our own mail carriers can be.

I transferred my mail to a temporary address for two months from my local office in Prospect Tennessee. My mail never did transfer and a few items were returned to sender for no reason. All other mail I assume , including prescription eye drops, bills and tax statements is lost and probably destroyed. I was told the transferred mail went from Prospect to Jackson to be forwarded, but was never forwarded. As a result, I had to return 1 month earlier than required, but I had no choice under the circumstances.

I have been having a problem lately receiving my mail such as monthly bills. For about three months for some reason my telephone and internet bill from AT&T was forwarded to my son's old address in Nashville, Antioch, TN. Now I am not receiving them on time or not at all. I asked Jackson Energy Authority why was bill late last month and one of the workers said I had to take it up with the postal service. This month it is already Dec. 20, 2019 and I have not received utility bill, telephone bill or internet bill (AT&T). I have received insurance statements and other mail. I will also notify these companies as well.
