concerning the destruction of the PO by fire, We can erect a temporary office utilizing a portable building within 10 days and it can be dismantled and taken away in less time. We do not know what furnishings and utilities are required inside so cannot quote you the time to install them; we would also have to hook up the utilities to provide lights, power, water and toilet facilities etc.With info and trip to the site we can be more specific about the time to add what you need and get it up and operating.WE do know that we can erect a single unit in 5 days and would estimate that we could connect the utilities within the same time span or at least within 10 days. The number of units will depend on what is required and the size of the site. assuming your existing site is not in a position to utilize the units on the same spot we can erect them elsewhere as near as possible. The units can be purchased or rented. the cost to buy again depends on the size, to provide space for a lobby, mail boxes, sorting , selling etc. would require max 3 connected units at a rental price of 8000 a unit for an 8 month period whereas the rent would be reduced to 5000 a unit for the next 4 months and 4000 a moth thereafter. As we noted we are not able to estimate the cost of site prep but would assume the units would re erected on a wooden platform etc. It is not anticipated that the site would need extensive prep such as grading etc.the wooden platform eliminates or at least greatly diminishes the need for site prep. The rental price would be compensation for the units, and their erection plus dismantling cost, the other costs we cannot estimate without your requirements being identified and a trip to the site to estimate the other cost involved. Our assumption is that the speed to erect and get the office back in business is the main goal, For your information, these units can withstand winds up to 90 MPH, earthquakes unless the earth opens up underneath them and are very resistant to fire.
