Have tried many times to call facility and never get anyone to answer the phone. Have packages to be delivered and completed online signature for delivery and when I went to schedule a delivery I couldn't because I never received a notification form. It is impossible to get customer service

I do NOT appreciate postal employees nosing into my business. Deliver the mail. Keep your opinions to yourself! And stop giving my mail to anyone except me. You can read, can’t you?

They never answer their phone…they never look at the address OR the recipient’s name on packages…I’ve had packages which were addressed to Franklin, TN clearly on the package and delivered to random addresses in Gallatin instead of sent back to the Franklin PO…lazy postal workers is a gross understatement!

Posting this for what as it’s pretty obvious that they don’t read them as all the others below are complaints but here’s my input….Terrible post office, won’t answer phone, carrier always put neighbors mail in our box, and packages that state out for deliver never show up, put hold on mail and they still deliver…Post Master there should be fired, but Just like all Federal government agencies they could care less.

Unfortunately when dealing with this post office, you have to bird dog everything. For example, after making a trip to the post office and completing a hold mail form with the delivery resumption date clearly marked along with the date requested for post office to deliver the held mail, nothing happened; no mail,no delivery. And forget trying to call with questions or assistance. Why does no one answer the phone?? Looks like another 40 minute trip to Gallatin to make a request that should be completed by phone. And the phone answering system with its many messages is another nightmare...

Today my mail to be picked up was in full view as requested and was not picked up..sometimes its imperative that mail goes out in a timely manner because they may contain important information...this DID and was not picked up

So frustrated with this post office!!!!!! Sent a card to my Aunt and it was returned "Addresse unknown". Took over a month to come back, I double checked her address which was correct and resent the card. I just got it back today Attempted Not Known!. I have been sending her packages from amazon and I also sent a package to her at this address and she received all of them. What is going on with this????? Really upset!!!

Horrible HORRIBLE Place!!! Report and DO NOT Get Packages delivered or sent from here. They will lose them and do not care of the value and have even told me this. Incredibly mean and do not care about you as a person or customer. Super rude and disrespectful place. WORST EVER!!!

The tracking of an item ordered from Amazon with the usps tracking # 9361289679090631017267 shows delivery on 12/23 @ 9 a.m. and being placed on the front porch by the door. It was NOT delivered to this address on this date. There was no package on the front porch or elsewhere and I was at home at the time the package was to have been delivered.

Went to post office to drop off packages this morning at 9:45 am. The parking lot was full and after circling two times I pulled into the side lot and went in with my packages. Lo and behold there were maybe 4 customers in the main lobby and 2-3 at PO boxes. My question? Why so many cars in customer parking but no one inside?

My husband & I watch the news every day, about packages being stolen off porches. So WHY is that our idiot postal service continued to put huge packages on top or beside mine & my neighbors mailboxes. Mine clearly states on the pkg to set inside the gate at the bridge, that's 10 steps away from the mailbox!! My house is half of a football field away from my mailbox, on the road. Are they not smart enough to realize that someone will steal the pkg?!! Maybe they are part of the theft problem! I don't understand why our incompetent USPS is delivering for UPS in the first place! We've had nothing but problems from this happening for the last 2 yrs. We've been getting our neighbors mail, & they get ours, continuosly. And are have to deliver it to them. We've not gotten bills before that become late, probably because neighbors are tired of getting someone else's mail & just throw it in the trash. GET IT RIGHT or get another job!

Package "attempted delivery" on Saturday am at 8am, message states note left. I was outside at this time. No one attempted a delivery or left any notice. Box IS NOT BLOCKED. Later same day around 2pm you delivered 2 packages to my bottom step, why the bottom? Take it to the door! Monday same thing. Attempted delivery. I was here outside when this attempted delivery took place and again you state a notice was left and it was not. I called the post office to find out why my packages are not being delivered, man who answered said he would check with my carrier who was still there, who not 10 min prior had a failed delivery at my house... How odd. I never got a call back or got my packages. I am very upset.

Can not find the information needed. Trying to find out cost to send a certified letter. There are 3 different prices online. Can not get in touch with anyone at local office due to busy signal for hours, and the customer service number has prompts but never gives you the option for certified mail.

Really Disappointed in their service. I called first thing this morning and talked to one woman who was sweet as can be and helped me locate my lost package. She specifically said that I could have a family member pick it up, ( Which is convenient when they close before I get off work). Then when my family member goes to pick it up. He is met by another lady who is rude and would even talk to me on the phone. I tried calling but their phone is turned off. No wonder you guys are loosing money left and right. Your service isn't consistent. Fedex or UPS for now on...
