Horrible service. It's an absolute joke that USPS rates are raised 3x per year, and the service just continues to decline. They lie about reasons for not delivering & then lie stating they picked up when they did not. They don't scan the packages as requested when they do pickup. Just absolute crap service! But what do they care about the fact I lose money from them not picking up making my packages appear to have been shipped late.

No one will answer the phone.

The postal service on spring place rd se is a joke are mail runs from 330 and sometimes 630 which I can usually deal with I don’t know if the mail carrier is just overwhelmed which if she is they should give her more help I tried going to the post office this morning to try and get my mail but there supervisor refused to let me pick it up so. I have been sitting at the house all day waiting for the mail person to show up and the only reason I put 1star is because I have to enter it I would give no stars

Today is the second day I have scheduled a package pickup and it still sits at my front door. I even receieved a confirmation email letting me know that the pick up has been completed. This was a time sensitive package and I paid for the label/postage online. Now I have to refund the person I was mailing it to, plus I'm out another $20 for the postage I've already paid. What is wrong with these people? Just do your job! I knew I should have just went with UPS.

This postal service sucks. This Postal Service can't even deliver mail to the right address. I mean dang it's not hard read the address and know your since of direction. You all need hooked on Phonics.

Our subdivision has not received mail service for 3 days now. I know this because I have had outgoing mail sitting in my box all this time. Apparently we only get mail when they feel like working.

Cleveland delivery people cannot read. I have repeatedly for months received items that belong to other addresses. After delivering packages myself personally and returning items to the post office and marking items for the postal pick up with wrong address, they continue to deliver the wrong address. I do not work for the post office and will no longer deliver or return. These items are placed at the street in hopes that you will learn how to hire people that can read!!!!

I got a package that was broken yesterday so I want a refund and I want you to send the package back it was broken when I opened it all the way cracked

My daughter is pregnant & ordered pregnancy pillow. Got message was delivered & she NEVER RECEIVED IT. Thank goodness Amazon refunded her money. Today got message unable to deliver crib because “mailbox was full”. Crib WILL NOT FIT IN A MAILBOX!!! No one ever came to her door, no crib at garage or front door & mail from previous resident with “return to sender” still in mailbox with flag still up. How is crib supposed to fit in mailbox & what is to become of other furniture ordered & other items needed for baby??? We are unable to tell Amazon how to ship items.

My package has been Tennessee's Distributing center for the past week where the hell are they going to start sending it my way in Illinois

My buyer received a damaged cookie jar shipped USPS Insured Priority Mail. I filed a claim and both myself and the buyer received letters requesting we take the package to the post office for inspection. This was done. There has been no further follow up from the post office and no way to contact them. The clerk just told the buyer to leave the package and she’d take care of it at the end of her shift. No way to contact a real person at this location. I didn’t send a box all smashed in like it had been used as a soccer ball! Find another way to ship!

It is government Fraud for a carrier to put false information on a government form. The carrier put on the USPS form that she could not leave my package due to No secure location available when I have a gated cover porch.

Over the last 3 years i have lost 7 pieces of mail, not being delivered or sent to the wrong address. On one item, I had to stop payment on a large check and resend it. I always deposit my letters, bills at the main post office. When you ask at the post office, they say there is nothing we can do to help. We have lived all over the country and have never experienced this before. Sad. Something is really wrong here. Deborah Drummond

My pkgs are frequently stuffed, folded, crammed into my mailbox. I just received a box of laser jet material for my printer that was folded in half to cram into the mailbox. Needless to say it is not usable! This happens all the time! I spoke to my mail carrier today, he says he doesn't work Thursdays, call post office speak to Allison. Guess what, can't get through, lol. He says this is a common complaint, so I guess nothing is being done about it. I'm afraid to order again, because they will just fold it in half again. ARGGGG, not a happy camper.

Good morning On the way to work my granddaughter witnessed a postal worker throw a package on the porch on Tasso around 11:40. I too have had mail sat on top of the mailbox in the last 10 days that did not fit in the box. We found 2 packages blown down into the ditch. No idea if same employee. Thank you for delivery at this time but used to quality service.

Lately our mail has not been picked up. So we are ending up with bills that are not paid on time. We live on Red Clay Park Road SW. Is there a reason for this?

Whoever delivered our mail today at 933 Old Chattanooga Pike sw, Cleveland TN 37311 put our mail and 3 of our neighbors mail in our box with a rubber band around all. I got out in the rain and delivered the mail to 3 other mail boxes. Please deliver to name and address on letter. You make good money and should be able to do your job right.

Our mailman Johnny will not deliver mail to us because he says the mailbox is blocked when it ain't. I think he needs to be moved.

Our mail lady cant seem to get the mail to the right house. Neighbors are constantly bringing our mail to our box and vice versa. She is always talking on her phone so i assume thts why she messes up the mail. Its very annoying especially when our neighbors read our personal mail on accident
