Whoever is driving on the Mathis Loop route is a speed demon. Please tell him/her to slow down, we are country out here and there are times when animals are in the road. No excuse to speed like the way he/she was when I caught them flying by last week. Please mention this to whoever it is, that this is a residential area not a speed track.
