I had a package that was in route to be delivered to a wrong address. I had tried for 2 days to have it held at the facility so I could just pick it up in person. I even reached out to the USPS customer service. They told me that someone from the Brentwood location should be reaching out to let me know if they could hold the package or not & I never heard from anyone. I have called the contact number listed multiple times and never spoke to a single person. Now I have a lost package on my hands. Good luck if you ever need to hear back from anyone at USPS because chances are you won't.

Went to the Brentwood post office today, it gave me an awfully bad experience. First, I had two small boxes, and wanna combine them to one bigger box, then sent it to my friend. I told the girl who named Trezure, and asked the price of it , she had put both boxes on the scale at same time then told me it was about 11 dollars. I said that I would wrap them to one box thereafter. She saw I taped the boxes together. After I wrapped the two boxes to one box, the Trezure girl told me that it was not possible to mail it (two boxes were stacked together). I said that I told her I will make them to one box at beginning. She insisted said “no, no no, no, no ………. I said: The tape I brought is used up. She said I can give you free tape, and you have to put yours. The things are put in the box, it is almost 11 dollars, as long as the money for the 5 dollars box is enough, I did it, and when I packed it again, the Trezure girl told me 25 dollars, I was surprised and said: I had only taped the two boxes together, but did not add anything up.. At that time, I had checked the credit card in the machine and was ready to pay. At this time, Ms. Trezure was a little excited: When you just came in, I didn’t know that you would mail it in double. I told you to use a box. You don’t need to post it, you go…………… I won’t provide service to you, I won’t post it to you, you can go to other post offices or self-service machines outside., I wish you a good day, I have work for another guest (she directly put my box very heavy Threw it aside) “What? I COULD NOT believe my ear and eyes …. right! She threw out my boxes out.........Is it the way of your workers to refuse customers? Did she get enough train to learn how to work as a good customer service ? Soon, the girl at the next window handled the mailing for me. Finally, this lady told me that my box is $32 dollars. Then, I repeated the price of 32 dollars to make sure it . At this moment, Ms. Trezure sunddenly took off her mask and was very excited, she spoke to me loud: She gave you a discount. She was very nice. Blah blah………... " She took the mask off in the officeb while there are lot of guests in the room…….I dont know if the manager of office told her work with a mask...... At this time, the new lady prevented Trezure's excessive attitude. I would like to know , does the post office provide discount to customers ? Are we able to get any discount from the post office by walk in? The price rised up from $11 dollars to $21 dollars, 25 dollars, 28 dollars, 32 dollars. Is this a discount? I don't care how much I paid in the end! What I care about the attitude of the customer service! In this way, Ms. Trezure's attitude is too bad. You need take customer service training before back to work tomorrow.

The outside drop boxes need to be put back out there. It is Christmas time and there are 9,000 people inside in the middle of a pandemic. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see how this is going to play out.

Another year later and the drop boxes are covered yet again for their convenience!

Where are the outside drop boxes? The convenience of not leaving my car to drop my mail is crucial, especially during these times with a pandemic.

Try to be patient. It must be due to the tornado and the downtown main offices, or some such. We don't have mail here, either.

Why was there no mail delivered to our building at 5210 Maryland Way on Monday, Dec. 9? We should have important mail coming in every day.

The carrier today brought in a small box that would not fit in the mailbox. I asked where the mail was and he said out in the mailbox. It was packed in there and I had to make two trips to get it all out. I had to maneuver it the way it was crammed in there. Why did he not bring it all in? Usually the normal delivery person does bring it in. Thanks, Paula

I recently had an issue with a letter sent certified to this location. The letter was quoted "delayed" when the recipient did not get letter by date due, I started trying to trace and contact this facility. I still after 4 days of continuously calling the Brentwood location can not get anyone to answer a phone call. This to me is totally unacceptable considering I paid to have it there on time and now can't get anyone to pick up the phone? I have even tried to get another post office to call and they can't get anyone to answer. Highly dissatisfied customer!!! Can I get my money back?

I just wanted to praise RJ Smith!! We had an item delivered which I'd told the client it would lbe returned to sender because it did not have an address on it. RJ took the time and recognized our office and delivered it to us. We are in the Brentwood Commons area and wish he would deliver to us everyday. He is AWESOME!! So pleasant and attentive and has a great memory on items/names and knows where they should be delivered. We LOVE him!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! I was told my question on shipping a large item was irreverent and the clerk had no time to help me, I needed to move aside after waiting my whole lunch break! I will pay extra to ship UPS at this point.

Our postman is delivering our mail to the wrong houses all up and down our street. My neighbor has brought all my mail to me several times in the last two weeks. I had been waiting on a check and it never came. Finally I had to have the customer stop payment and rewrite me a check. 3 weeks later I received the check and it was marked wrong address. He had delivered to wrong house. This is getting to be a nuisance. Someone has posted on our neighborhood share that we need to complain to the Postmaster because this is happening all over Brenthaven.

My neighbor (Joe Shaw) and I have-not received mail in two days (Friday and Saturday). We have had to take our outgoing mail directly to your post office. Saw the post woman carrier at the concord Rd gas station. at 4:30. She said she ran out of gas and was running late. She knew my address and said she would take the mail. I said I would follow her as I was expecting important mail. She said she was heading in the opposite direction on deliveries but would get to my box later. She never did. Please get mail to my neighbor and me...and get truthful, responsible carriers!

No one ever answers phone...Maybe as a cost cutting opportunity the Brentwood, TN (37027) office should cancel their phone service so we, their customers, don't have to spend our tax dollars on their phone service which is worthless.

I and all of my neighbors on Longstreet Circle in Brentwood has not received any mail in a week. Monday was a holiday and we've had a little snow but this is ridiculous. I have been trying to call the Brentwood TN post office for a couple of days now. The phone rings and rings and after about 20 rings it disconnects. I am searching for what state department I can find that would be over this post office to make my complaints.

Terrible service. Called several times to check on overseas package and NoBody answered the phone. Do they have a telephone? I let it ring for several minutes but no answer. If this was a regular company everyone would be fired. My rating is -0

Why can I not get someone to answer the phone. Any other business would have someone dedicated to answer the phone. This has been a problem for twenty years. How do you stay in business? Oh, yeah, I get it ... you don't have to be good at customer service.
