This is the worst post office ever! They will not deliver my packages because we live so far off the road. They will mark the undelivered ones as " Animal Control Issue" which there is not one. When marked unable to deliver they mark it at 9 in the morning. We don't even get mail till 3 in the afternoon. I have had to have my packages delivered at family's house and many times they will not delivered, and we call and ask why all we are told is " Ours is left behind so others can be delivered." I have tried talking to the postmaster, but it is her son that delivers, and she has also told me that since I have called and complained I will never get a package delivered now. There needs to be something done with this place. I mean you are a post office and delivery are in your job description. THEN DO YOUR JOB!

I have lived in Baxter for 6 years and I’m so tired of this post office. It’s never anything but trouble with them . And my new mail guy is so rude and I barely get mail ever since he started

My ONLY problem IS Baxter,Tn UPS-Service ,they were late getting my colon-test to rehab-clinic for me . It'd sure be different IF this test was't important ,but it's "Life to Death" for me ,PLEASE make an interest to make this situation a priority, PLEASE ?? Debbie
