My son, Michael Harvey, is in Minnehaha Jail and tried 5 different times to mail some of drawings to me.Each one was returned to him “no such address” for me. Then he sent a postcard to me WITH THE SAME ADDRESS and it was delivered to me. His money was wasted and he did have my correct address— Susan Paulsen 3420 Field Ave. Anacortes,Wa. 98221 I want someone in charge to call me and tell me why his artwork wasn’t delivered to me. Susan Paulsen. 360)708-2485. Thank you

If you live on the East side, use any other carrier whenever possible. When I absolutely must get stuff delivered by USPS, it shows up a whopping 50% of the time. I go to my apartment lobby and carefully check each box on the ground. 5 packages, 5 DIFFERENT STREET ADDRESSES across town. I realized half my packages are likely being "delivered" at some random address, as reading comprehension is likely not a requirement for the job. But that's what happens when you hire government employees. If they were good at what they did they'd work at FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or any other carrier who wasn't held together with government handouts. Not a single one of these other carriers have lost a package. With USPS "workers" in this location, it's a coin flip.

I live at 3110 E. Brad Street in SF. I'm not sure what this Wooly Mamothes name is that took over for my former retired Postal Worker but he is a sad example of a "Mail Man"! If at all possible please keep him away from my property and for sure my mail. Feel free to contact me at any time. I know we have had a lot of snow. I was an Electrical Inspector for the City of SF for 24 years. We had ordinances about access to property but we NEVER denied service!! Please do your best to keep this Clown away from me. Thank you for your attention in this matter. Donald L. Hall

Today we received our email by a person in shorts and a t-shirt with a bandana on. Why are some postal office employees not required to wear a uniform showing they work for the post office?? Luckily we go through a different service for our outgoing mail because we would not have given our mail to this person. This happens about every 2-3 weeks. I would like a response if anyone other than citizens read this post.

I had a HOLD on my mail.17th Until the 27th of June. I dropped it off at 2nd Street to the worker. I had 22 pieces of mail in my mailbox. Why??? Because your mail person or supervisor didn’t tell them. I’ve tried your phone number - which is full.

I am surprised that this location is closed. Sioux Falls, the largest city in SD, deserves a downtown mailing location, not just a processing center. There are many people of all ethnicities that depend on this location to mail packages, buy stamps, passport service, etc. please reconsider. The other thought is to have a separate location downtown to serve in this capacity helping people who must walk, use bus service, etc. Thank you!

I did not get mail and my outgoing mail was not picked up. I was to get a package that could easily fit in the mail box, but when I followed up the reason stated was that he could not access my driveway. Not true. My driveway is completely clear. No matter what it does not excuse him not picking up my mail from the mail box on the street which also is accessible. We have had this problem of missed deliveries quite frequently this winter.

My mail has been late 4 different times when I did change of address and the mail never comes on time very often. Local mail being sent has taken several days...what is going on. Maybe you need more employees

Since moving to 120 Flats we have got the WORST mail service ever and the mailman is so mean....he should retire if he doesn't like his job. I cringe when my orders come by USPS.

We also have had no mail delivered on 3 of 4 days this week. Strange any time but especially during the holidays with all the "flyers" cards, and yes bills. Is this short term issue or is our area missed.

Since we were not getting any mail on Wednesday, I really expected to recieve 2 days worth of mail today. To my surprise no mail was delivered in our neighborhood today either. Packages were delivered but nothing else. I have spoken to several of my neighbors and they did not receive anything but packages no mail. It is now 8 PM and still no mail. The postal truck was in the area but not on foot, just in the truck. The delivery people in our area have been far from good. Please bring back the mail lady we have always had. This not getting mail for two days is not acceptable.

We have had some major changes in our mail delivery in Freeman SD Postmaster said that Freeman office makes no decisions on any mail or route changes, but I have found out that is not true. Our mail delivery has been changed from 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. We have a large mail count and it is very inconvenient for our rural business to have this kind of change. If you can let me know of whom to contact on this matter, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

We receive our mail in a lock box which services our twin home community. There is very seldom a day goes by that one or several individuals are given the wrong mail! That is, mail is deposited in the wrong box. This results in individuals hand delivering the mail to the proper recipient. Just this morning a neighbor hand delivered my Medicare Part D documents that had been inserted into her mailbox. This is not a one time occurrence as it happens regularly with no particular individuals affected. My question is, “Is it possible for the carrier to be a little more aware or more thorough when sorting and distributing our mail?”

/I am writing to tell your our postal carrier today at 3210 S. Foxglove Pl had put 4 personal mail envelopes into our mail box. This I would think it not acceptable when delivering mail. How many other people got the wrong mail today on his route.
