My complaint is u can never get anyone on the phone and when u do they don't tell u the truth of who they r. I had an issue w a mail carrier trying to get me to sign a piece of paper saying she could leave my packages at the road.i live far off the road. She is refuse g to bring my packages to my set location due to she is scared to do to I have dogs which she has not encountered only seen. I have tried to call the acting postal masterand she is no help due to can not get her on the phone. I have lost over 500.00 in packages and other neighbors state she has pulled this with them. I just want a normal carrier who deliver the mail correctly.

My complaint is about my mail carrier. I order a lot of things online so when they arrive, the mail carrier crams everything into my mailbox whether they fit or not. Last year he broke off the plastic piece that holds the flag to the box on the inside by shoving a box into the mailbox. When I need to send mail out I have to use tape to hold the flag up. Even if I bought a new mailbox I'm sure the flag would just get broken again. The mail carrier is too lazy to get out of his truck and bring my parcels to my porch and it isn't as if the walk is far either. He shoves everything he can into the mailbox and I have watched him fold large envelopes and cram them into the box. He did this just yesterday. I watched him through my window as he folded up two large bubble envelopes from Amazon and shove them into my mailbox. When I opened one of the envelopes I discovered that the three-ring plastic standard size binder was bent and cracked. I am furious. I am so tired of this guy damaging my mail. I'm going to call the Post Office this morning when they open and file a complaint. Not only does this mail carrier not care about how he delivers my mail, he has driven past my house without picking up my mail. This was before he broke the flag. This man is old enough to retire and I think he needs to. However, when he was on vacation not long ago there was a different mail carrier. A woman. She got the mail so screwed up it was ridiculous. I watched this woman park the truck in front of my mailbox, put mail in the box for me then she walked to my next door neighbor's box. When I got my mail I noticed that it wasn't even mine. It was for my neighbor. Later on that day, a different neighbor brought MY mail over. The next day a completely different neighbor from down the street brought a piece of my mail to me. Does this mail carrier not know how to read? I think my dog could do a better job at delivering mail than the people here. It's ridiculous.

Yesterday I found out by the way of my medical supplier that my package was at the post office since around March 12th. He said that the post office could not deliver the box because there was not a receptacle big enough to deliver and that they had left a note. I check the mail every day and there never was a note and I have a large size mailbox. I am glad these were not medication. It was by pap supplies that are nessary to breath at night. My biggest problem about this is that these supplies have been being delivered at my home for the last 20 YEARS. When my niece went to the post office the person and it was a male was very rude to her. You can never get anyone on the phone. I am handie cap I have to use a wheel chair and there is no way for to go into the Winnsboro,S.C. 29180 post office.

For the second time in less than 6 months the mail carrier has hit my mail box. Today it was knocked completely off the post and is laying in the road.

The post office is not answering the phone so now i have to take time off of work to drive the 30 mins to the post office to find out whats going on with my package. JUST ANSWER THE PHONE!!!

Now we have carriers that don't even check to see if you have mail going out. They don't deliver mail. We got an invitation to the Presidential Inauguration in Washington DC, which is nice, the only problem is, we did not receive it until March 7, 2017. But according to the Handbook M-41, City Delivery Carriers Duties and Responsibilities, section 54, #541 states "The basic rules for the Collection of mail are the same whether performed by a foot or motorized carrier or whether collections are made from street or building boxes." and under Section 54, # 542.2 "Do not skip any collection boxes, except in emergency." Also under Section 37, #371, "Collect prepaid mail from curb boxes when flag is raised even if there is no mail for delivery to these boxes." It is a shame that they don't even bother to check if your flag is up or not. This is about the worst post office I have ever seen in my life.

I have never heard of a location staying open for 1 hour. Not to mention they are as lazy as can be. I recommend getting a new staff, they act as if you owe them a favor for them working there. You could call and have your mail put on hold and somehow it still gets delivered. Awful service!

it always seems to be a problem with delivery of parcels with this location, Sometimes people are expecting time sensitive materials and as your job as a courier it is to get each package to its designated destination in a timely period. I have experienced numerous situations with packages being delayed for silly reasons..( your name sounds like another persons name so we forwarded it to them even though our names were completely spelled different, package marked as delivered on the tracking site but still riding around in the carriers truck, packages sent back to the company items were ordered from saying undelivered even though the same address was never changed which caused an additional 5 to 7 days in travel to receive the parcel and address on parcel was exactly the same as other mail I was receiving.)
