It's too bad the employees of the TR post office can't read reviews because I think they need to know what people think of them. They are some of the most inept people I have ever seen. They lose packages, bills and cards on a regular basis. It's a good thing delivering the mail isn't brain surgery because I doubt they could even find the brain.

Is it just the TR post office or do they all make up their own hours? Twice I have gone BEFORE 4:00 pm and they were closed! Once I walked in right at 3:58 pm and the woman said “we are closing”. How can you look a customer in the face standing in your lobby and say that you won’t serve them? The biggest issue is the hours are SUPPOSED to be until 4:15. Pm. They close for lunch everyday which I agree everybody needs a break, but they close at peak time for me and others to run I. On our lunch breaks. I feel they should stagger lunches so everybody gets one and they don’t have to close down. At my job our bonuses and raises are based on customer satisfaction. Maybe if they would do the same for the post office they would give better service! A smile once in a while would be nice!

Occasionally mail is put into the wrong post box at our building. No big deal. However, it has REALLY increased recently AND a bill payment I put in the mail to go out was put into the post box of another tenant in our building. This happened today, Sept. 26, 2018. Perhaps you could check on the carrier for today and exhort them to slow down and be more careful. A few folks have complained.

We have the best mail carrier ever. Our box is quite a distance from our house. My wife and I are both totally disabled. Our son picks up our mail. When we have a package too large for our box, our regular carrier leaves it on our front porch out of the weather. I have thanked him for this and his reply was "I'm just doing my job". If a sub delivers it, we might find it anywhere. We have found mail in the ditch behind the box. We have found it just thrown in the driveway, just to mention a couple. Can't the subs be held to the same standards as our regular carrier?

Two things...a few times a year, I have both mail and packages dropped off somewhere else in my subdivision, not even on my street. Thankfully, at least for now, the folks in our subdivision have brought the items by my house. The 2nd thing is with this month of May being so wet with over 10 inches of rain for the month so far, common sense would tell you that if you are a mail carrier, to set packages on a front porch or in the driest most noticeable area of the home. Whoever delivered my package left the box outside during Tropical storm Alberto and the box was destroyed. Fortunately, the items inside the box was wrapped securely in plastic, otherwise, it would have been ruined. Who leaves boxes out in inclement weather? Folks who work for TR post office, that's who.

My package has been delayed for almost a week now. When I called the listed phone number, the only option I had was to deal with an automation machine that did not help me solve the issue. The only information I could gather was what I already know... the package was supposedly delivered last week and simply has not gone out for delivery. So, its just been sitting at the post office for days... what's the delay?! Why can't I speak with a human being about where the package is and why I haven't received it?

I went in to have a package shipped today and was greeted with an attitude saying they were closed even though it was not yet 4:30. Customers were still being helped so I did not know it was close to closing time in around fifteen minutes. I was given an attitude by a woman with long blonde hair. I have heard other complaints about the service at the TR post office and would recommend getting your packages shipped at a different location.
