Live on Woodley Rd. Sptbg.29306. On a consistent basis mail is not delivered as was notified. Mail put in box for pickup is not picked up. I get mail of other residents on street and they get mine. Recently we were expecting package. Mail lady put mail in box started to pull off and my wife yelled at her and told her we were getting package. She got out and got package. All she said was "oh". Other time got notified package was in carport. No package. Used to have great lady delivering. Now seems different all the time. Also just had to handle late payment to Woodruff water due to not receiving bill. Maybe somebody can get carriers off phone long enough to deliver mail. Need something done.

For the past 3 weeks my mail was delivered at quite sporadic times. Today not and all and this has happened several times. I needed hospitalization forms picked up today. I’m blind in one eye, recent knee replacement and can’t keep going up and down the hill to my mailbox. I had a very ice lady named Buffy, punctual and so nice. I’ve put in a change of address on the 22nd of June but my mail is still coming to old address when I ask this postman that comes over here he doesn’t answer because he’s nasty . The new neighborhood post lady is horrible, she always leaving other people mail and I don’t receive my packages around Christmas, every year we are missing packages.

I don't use this office much (I go to Drayton) but I haven't had much of an issue here outside of occasional missed signature confirmation woes and it being often very busy. I'm on the eastside and our mail carriers deliver from this office. Most of the mail carriers I've had are great, especially my regular mailman, Scott, who's the best carrier I've ever had. Some of his substitute drivers are ok also. Unfortunately, he transferred to a new route in late August but I was told he will be coming back my way next month. Since then, we've had irregular delivery time also. Big problem since we have projects and work we need to get done. I have mad love for what mail carriers do and always will, so that's all I need to say about this office.

THIS IS THE WORST POSTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THE LADIES ARE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND ACT AS IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK. I AM FORCED TO GO HERE BECAUSE OF MY JOB.

Mail carrier delivered a batch of mail that was not for us. I placed it in the mailbox with a note and raised red flag. Mail was still in box after delivery today. The mail was intended for 1631 fern wood Glendale apts. we are on Starline Drive. Not good!!!

Got a little email stating that my package was delivered to a parcel locker but I received no key in my box for a parcel locker as well as another one of my neighbors said the same thing. Our leasing office has seemed to have had multiple issues with this mail carrier and it still continues to happen. We would rather have multiple temporary people on our routes than what we have now because that raises a lot of suspicion if you are saying you delivered these packages and you haven’t. I dropped of usps mail at the ups store in spartanburg sc on December 17th and they said usps picked the three packages up. Now one was delivered today! And the other two weren't even scanned and accepted by usps! Now they tracking hasn't updated or anything and im trying to locate my 2 packages! I got a key in my box for a package yet the key doesn’t work and I’ve waited on the mail person all day and it’s after and no one has came. Even my informed delivery states I’m suppose to be receiving mail yet no one came today and you can’t get no one to answer the phone at the Spartanburg location! This is ridiculous

I filed a individual change of address. The person who processed it decided to make it a “family” request and I started getting mail for dead people and people I never heard of. While my mail was Returned to sender. They acknowledged they messed up but refuse to correct it. So my parents’ executor did not get their final bills, which I was not legally allowed to open) and they went into collections. Talk about complicating a grieving process! Now my very nice and friendly mail carrier hates me because he’s the one who had to pick up the Refused mail. And I was really upset. 0 stars. Do not recommend. Would not use if alternative existed.

awful for anyone to be on call that phone as many times as I have an then get hung on is just not acceptable..I can understand why the postal service is so awful and why employee's are loosing their jobs and other people are getting their jobs

I had a Hold Mail service 08/19/2019 - 09/04/2019. My delivery option was for the Post Office to deliver my accumulated mail. The postal carrier has already been by my house today ( 09/05) and I did not receive my accumulated mail.

to a superviorer in charge ,I live in Duncan ,s.c. I mailed a box to my sister that lives in Columbus ga at my post office in Duncan.my postal man stopped by my house and said I was wanted at the post office so I went this was on a Friday on the 8th ,I was told my package was sent to Gaffney by mistake for they had new workers that day helping them out with a lot of packages going out ,and that shed told some of the workers not to mess with packages but they did ,I was also told itd proberly never reach its destination because I better hope someone got a hold of it would be honest and send it where it needed to go.and that it was up to me to try and locate it .I did not make the mistake they did ,I didn't put a traser on it ,id mailed before and had no problems.i called Gaffney post office and was told the exact same thing .ive been experiencing difficulties with Duncan post office before about my money orders not reaching their destination as well ,and ive heard other people while im in there complaing about their packages getting loss,theirs something fishy about this ,it needs to be checked into asap.theirs also way to many workers working there.i shouldn't have to go through this they lost it not I I got a recept it has numbers on it if they knew it reach Gaffney then they should have called about my package to my sister in Columbus ga .I have put my sisters email down you can email her with any information im truly upset over this and feel working for a post office you should take your job more seriously.

I was expecting a package at 135 Basin Dr. Boiling Springs SC from eBay..eBay tracking said item was out for delivery Wednesday October 24.package was not delivered...later eBay tracking said package was left at garage alt.deliver same address at 1758 hrs...I have no garage and no package from eBay..This package is very important and time sensitive..I needed package on 24th as I am leaving town at noon on 25th and needed to take package with me...THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED...I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THEM...ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! The employees at this location continuously violate USPS Conduct rules on postal property, they violated the 1st amendment of the U. S. Constitution, and Federal 18 US code, and Title 39, and poster 7. They are hostile and belligerent towards public photography. The salaries that the postmaster makes is outrageous. Any complaints made against employees should be directed to Postmaster General or a federal law enforcement agency.

The automated system does not work! Why can't you just talk to a live person. By the time the system hangs up on you 5 times while your trying to give a tracking number you are beyond mad. I have get to receive a package that my mail carrier has has since march 1st. Not only that but I get other peoples mail and never receive mail I'm waiting on. I am so frustrated with our mail carrier and can't talk to a live person.

Have mailed two packages with registered return receipt from Blacksburg, SC Post Office. Both packages went to the Spartanburg, SC, Main Post Office on S. Church Street. I did not receive the Green Registered Return Receipt. I know that Guy Roofing got the first one because they cashed the check that was in the package. The second package was a Complaint to Guy Roofing for the leaking and poor installation of their Roof Replacement. The Spartanbrug Post Office Delivery person did not scan that it was delivered nor scanned the registered return receipt. The Post Master there working behind the counter told me to send another package? If they can't get it right the first two times. I paid for the registered return receipt and I should get my money back.

Postal employee/deliverers should know that street post boxes now come with drop-in incoming mail to their adddress and only the postal employees have had access to personal address mail before it is drop into a locked slot. Meaning sealed mail that is noticable opened was not open by someone walking down the street.. If I get any more open, I will file the official complaint.
