The Clerks helping serve us/me at the post office on Main St. in Simpsonville SC are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and quick getting our Mail out and delivers speedily than any other post service around. I drive out of my way to do my business at this particular post office!

I have lived all over the country and in various different places in South Carolina. I moved to Neely Farm about six years ago and have never had such horrible Postal Service in my life. Things are routinely not delivered and packages are routinely lost. My delivery person has broken my mailbox twice by shoving packages that are too large to fit inside. And, every year when I go out of town they fail to heed the hold mail request. When I complain, The postal service says that I have a new mail carrier.

I ordered a package from ebay. I received a message that the package was delivered to my mailbox. Checked my mailbox and there were a couple of letters but no package. Tracking number is 9405528206335394238612. I checked the tracking info on USPS and got the same info that the package was delivered to my mailbox. Which is not true. The package was not received.

My postal carrier, who is relatively new To the sub division, has a problem with where I park my car. I am not impeding his progress to my neighbors mailbox and I am more than 15 feet from both boxes. When he sees my car parked in front of the house, he drives right by, taking my mail with him. He has continuously harassed me and The other day started yelling At my cousin, who just moved down here from Pennsylvania, about my car. I went to talk to the post master in Simpsonville, but it fell on def ears she sided with the carrier, with out even coming to the house to see for her self I’m not blocking either mailbox. At this point I’m Not sure what to do here, I feel like I’m not going to be bullied by someone who thinks he has more authority than he actually has.its important to note, That the previous mail carrier had no problem accessing my neighbors box, with me parking in the same spot for 12 years. But all the sudden with this new guy, it’s a problem.

Today our packages say they were delivered to our mailbox yet our camera shows her drive right by the house and not drop off either package. The camera and the time it says they were delivered are the same time 9:55am. This is not the 1st time this has happened.

Mail delivered out of Simpsonville post office is being lost or stolen. We have locked mail boxes so not sure how it can be lost! Just in the last month, we are missing 2 magazines, a Costco flyer, and 2 birthday cards. This is only ONE address. What is going on with Simpsonville???

Our carrier makes errors 20% of the time. I get neighbors mail, past residents from 10-15 years ago, mail from other parts of Simpsonville with a similar last name, and failures to pick up outgoing mail. Many reports to the Postmaster are ignored and no call backs. It's frustrating! Take your mail to another Post Office if it's critical for it to be handled properly. My tax checks remittance are an example of why I am going elsewhere tomorrow.

When I receive a package in my mailbox or it is left on the porch, it is reported that it was handed off to the resident directly. This is false information as packages are never handed or given to me personally . Why not return to telling the truth that it was left in my mailbox or on the porch instead of giving misleading information.

I live at 3 Nina Ct. in Simpsonville. My development did not receive any mail on Tuesday of last week. I did not receive the one magazine I subscribe to for 2 of the last 4 months.

I am showing that a package has been delivered. This is a very important thing to receive before the heat dries out the product. Was this dropped in the wrong mailbox? This sucks!

I have made several attempts to talk to the post master at the main street PO in Simpsonville Sc 29681. I have never been able to do this. Our mail carrier is not a very good one. One day everyone on my street was complaining of their mail smelling strongly of gasoline, mine also. We continually get several people mail delivered all to the same mailbox. then we have to redeliver it to the proper address. Disappointed in our carrier. Boxes too big for the mail are jammed in to the point that you have to tear them apart just to remove them from the box. If they are too big to get jammed in, he has said that he was not able to access the door. Who is he kidding? we are not gated. He can drive almost to our front door. Yesterday I got mail for someone not even on my street. I am sick nd tired of redelivering the mail. I also think that some days he skips delivering on our street. No one on my street got mail on Monday. That's more than a little odd. No mail at all on a street? This guy is NOT doing his job. He needs to be GONE!

Mail on this route keeps getting delivered to wrong addresses when the numbers are no where near the address numbers. Please correct.

My mail carrier for Copper Creek was so lazy they ran-over and damaged a barrier I have protecting drivers from hitting the pile of rock I have outside of my home. It's large, it's RED, what the hell? Oh, and the number listed for the Simpsonville Post Office does not work, so I have to go complain in person.
