Shaw AF Base post office is horrible! They say they tried to deliver a package, but I am outside talking with my neighbor, and she just zips right by, then I have to wait 2 more days to get it redelivered !! It is totally insane!!! And talk about rude.... and since we are not military we can’t just go pick it up!

The service I've received from the shaw post office is unacceptable. I will be writing an official letter, entailing my concerns as well. First, my old address in located within the vicinity of shaw so for some reason my mail is sent to a building I cannot access, because I am a civilian with no sponsor. Now. I have been on the phone for days trying to get someone...anyone...to answer the phone. I have screenshots of hours of my time wasted because someone does not want to do their job or is extremely understaffed. Regardless this is a management issue and needs to be solved. So my mission for the rest of the year will be to find who's responsible for this and do what I can to correct the flaws that are causing me and probably more people greif...this will go to social media. I'm sorry for the inconvenience of myself but I am a customer and pay my taxes which fund the building everyone there works in.

Shaw AFB post office is literally the worst I have EVER seen. The mail carrier is rude, he throws packages. Even saw him throw one without looking and hit someone. VERY unprofessional. He deserves to be fired.

I stupidly put the wrong address on Christmas packages, and one call to them and they said they would take care of it. No run around, no complaining, nothing like when I called the main post office in Sumter. They are making Christmas happen despite my inability to type! Tis' the Season! Thank you!
