Received my mail opened with contents missing from birthday card and an empty Amazon package filed a report that I had video of postman taking the product when it fell out of envelope and putting it on his seat and put empty envelope in mailbox!! Postmaster did nothing and didn’t even try to see video of it...now today a birthday card came and envelope ripped opened and contents missing! Horrible service

I just spent an entire hour trying to submit an on line Temp. stop mail notice to the Post Office in Longs, SC. ( It's a total joke.) and the joke is on the people who try to use it. (SAD)

We have never had ANY consistency in our mail delivery or pick up! as of Today 1-3-19 we have had mail in our mail box that has not been picked up sense 12-28-18. Some times the mail runs around 2pm, then the next day it may run at 6pm then other days it never shows up! Its been difficult running a business that relies on the mail for rent checks coming in and payments to owners going out

We have a 'new' mail delivery lady, ever since the last storm. We live at 308 San Martin Court, Pelican Bay in Longs, SC and the problems with our delivery need to be addressed. We are forever getting our next door neighbors mail! Once in a while is no problem at all, however, this has been going on much too long. Yesterday, I had two pieces of outgoing mail in our box with red flag out, she only picked up one of the two. My husband was in the yard one day and he was expecting a package. He saw her when she pulled up, so walked out to get the mail. She handed him the mail but no package, he could see the package behind her and when he pointed it out, she said she had forgotten about that. Sure would like to have my last delivery lady back...she was the best!!

We recently moved to The Park at Long Bay in Longs, SC. The neighborhood has a community mailbox. We requested a box number on Friday morning. We were given a key and told the bolt would be changed and we would be notified of the box number. As of Wednesday evening of the following week, we still DO NOT have a box number. How long does it take to change the lock? And, meantime, where is my mail going?
