To Whom It May Concern: I'd like to compliment one of your employees, for the excellent service she always provides for me. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Ms. Mary's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeds my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended as well as rewarded. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with the Ladson Sc. Postal Service. Sincerely, Jacqueline Thomas

i pulled into my driveway and saw the post man 4 houses down so I waited on him. He passed my neighbors on the Right mail box 210 Mickler dr He passed my box 212 mickler with the flag up and my neighbor on the left with his flag up then he stopped at the stop sign for 12 minuets then drove off. I ask him while he was sitting there if he was going to take the mail waiting in the box. I took a picture of his truck as he just sat at stop sign. Truck number is 4313974. I am expecting several payments for my company and am fearful this individual that's to lazy to do his job is ridding around with them. Thank You For checking into to this. Diana Ford
