This location on Isle of Palms hired a company to paint the stairs and railings and do major landscape cleanup. Then the post office refused to pay! Patsy Williams, the lady who hired the company left only days after. Amy Hutchings, the manager in charge now has asked for an abundance of information which was given, but the bill still has not been paid. Unethical, immoral, and unfortunately action must be taken against this USPS location.

It would be nice if their operating hours matched what is shown on the website - I found out they close at 4:30 M-F (not 5:00 as advertised) - Oh well, I guess that's how our public services work. Thanks for wasting my time...

All of the staff at the IOP post office are so nice. They treat you like a member of the family. They are fast but courteous and I just love them.
