Several years ago ,I stopped receiving The National Enquirer in a timely manner. After I contacted your office, I started receiving again. Somebody must be keeping these in their locker because I have stopped receiving them again. It is addressed as Jane Sligh.1530 Baywood Circle,Hartsville 29550-6817 Please solve this problem again. Thanks. CE Sligh

I debated on writing a review, but after reading some of the reviews it looks to be the same problem. I received a yellow post-it note in my mailbox that said I needed to move my mailbox and no mail would be delivered. This mailed box has been in the same location for 51 years. The lazy delivery individual does not want to put mail in my mailbox. I have been trying since January to get the mail and still have to go to post office to get mail. My father passed away in July and they said since he died they would not be delivering his mail to the house and actually returned some of the mail I needed for probate. I also have a nephew who receives packages from time to time at the address because his father lives there was told we had to prove he had the same name as my father before anything would be delivered to him. One day the post-master says don't move the mailbox and the next day he says well i think you should move it. He never calls me, I have to call. I actually have phone recordings of the rude Cust Svc Supervisor and other conversations. I have not received a call yet. I have made documentation of every call with recordings, date, and time. I have had them lose packages with my business. Giving me a key to get the package out of the locker, and there be no package in the locker and they just shrug their shoulders. That has happened twice. There is no accountability at the Hartsville Post Office.

I often wondered why the post office can’t turn a profit? Well after dealing with the mental midgets at this post office I think I’ve figured it out. Morons

I live on 151 in Hartsville, SC. I have the absolute worst time trying to receive packages mailed through USPS! Even small packages in a little plastic bag ... and I have a HUGE mailbox! I've contacted the local post office on every occasion and they only say, "it who'll be delivered tomorrow" ... why should I have to wait on a package because their mail carries are not organized enough to keep up with my mall? I literally chased down the delivery driver one day to get my package that she failed to leave in my mailbox! It was sitting in her back seat ... she just didn't bother to put it in my mailbox!

Absolutely worthless. Went in because we were not getting mail. Our community mailbox is supposedly "broken". Asked why the packages that wouldn't fit in the mailbox put on my front porch. Got told once again it was because the mailbox is broken. Then I get told not to interrupt him even though I was still talking. Still waiting for a call from the postmaster but have a feeling I'll never get a call. Need to train employees that they should not raise their voices when talking to customers, slam doors because they are mad and make assumptions about things when they only know a little bit of what is actually going on.
