I am renting in the Duncan area and I continue to receive mail from the previous tenants, so I put it back into the slot because they are not at this address. I get a rude not today from the Postmaster telling me to throw it away correctly. Last I recall if I am not the person it should be returned to the sender. Instead the carrier wants to write a rude note on the letter and stick it back in the box. I do not appreciate receiving other folks mail nor told to throw it away when I have done that I continue to get there mail. Do your jobs and notify the sender instead of sending rude messages and writing on the letters.

I just moved to Duncan. And today was the first time I am complaining about a package I was waiting for. So I went to check my mailbox and I see my fashion nova package was on the ground next to my mailbox!!!! If a package doesn’t fit inside the mailbox it should be brought outside your font door!! Anyone can walk by and grab it!! I was really disappointed!

Extremely rude staff. Only one or two nice ones. Don't bother calling. They won't help you there either and the phone is rarely answered anyways. Use any other office.

My package shows delivered however I don't have it. Called was told someone must have stolen it. It mysteriously shows up the next day. Now again I have a package that shows delivered and I can't get anyone to answer the phone. And I can't get there before they close. So yet again. Nothing. These people are rude and make up their own rules as they go.

Went to pick up package that was delivered there and slip was in my box to tell me it was there I went to give the lady (wendy) the slip and she tells me . Oh it must be old there's nothing here... When I directly told her that I knew my package was there cause email confirmed it was instead even asking me for tracking number or anything she just gave me a hateful look. I returned to my car got my phone went back in carring my infant son to the other lady working who kindly looked up my package and gave it to me with no issue.. This is a federal government place they should wear smiles on their face...

Constantly getting mail delivered in the wrong mailbox. I have neighbors bring our mail over at least once a week because the mail was placed in their mailbox instead of the correct mailbox. The mail is ALWAYS addressed correctly but always delivered to the wrong box. POOR SERVICE!

I had a package that showed "out for delivery" we'll it may have been but I never received it. This is not the first time on a Saturday that this has happened.it was a 2 day delivery and has ended up being 5 days. Monday it will be 7 days for a 2 day delivery. This is inexcusable

Worst postal service I have ever had in my life. I have video footage that shows my mailbox very clearly, and not once has it been blocked, yet I have received 3 supposed "postmaster" notices that my mail is undelivered due to my box being blocked!!!! I have had package notification as delivered, and no packages were here. I have called the branch and was treated quite rudely. Certified mail returned because nobody was home ... BIG FAT LIE, someone was home, and again my video footage showed no once did the carrier come to my door. I am frustrated and disappointed, but mostly just disgusted that this continues daily even with the entire subdivision having similar issues!!

Always a pleasure to deal with this branch. I mail within the US and internationally and the staff always helps me find the best rate and assist with the international forms. Thank you all!

This place sucks, the people that work here suck and are lazy and very rude!!!! Im sorry you only work half a day and im sure your so much more exhausted than I am after my 10hr day of outside hard labor but it would be nice if someone here gave a damn about all of the people of duncan's mail. I know its just another package to you people but we expect it to be delivered too our homes or in my case business not coming there and picking it up cause your lazy ass cant walk 10 feet or blow your horn so we can come out and get it!!!!!I would fire everyone in this location if I was over it and hire some oeople who actually give a shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst post office ever! Our mail carrier always tries to lie and say our packages are undelivered due to dogs being loose when I know for a fact that is untrue, she also has the lady at the post office who picks up the phone to lie for her also, when the issue is laziness! She don't want to drive up our drive way , open up her door and lye my package on a walkway. Its very possible, you can drive up to the walkaway open your door and drop it and deliver it. But instead my packages are being undelivered, they don't want to even try, they will just not even put the package in the car.

Maybe it is different where I come from, but back home, when a package is mailed as REGISTERED Mail, some sort of attempt is made to deliver it. Not here, my mail carrier just pulls up to the mailbox and sticks the sorry I missed you card in the box. Doesn't matter that three cars are in the driveway, and five people are at home inside of the house. Not even a horn blow... Just a "Sorry we missed you" card. My question is how could you have missed me when you never made an attempt to see me. Shouldn't it be a "sorry I was too lazy to make the effort" card? And seriously, you would think that after a year of me writing DOES NOT LIVE HERE on the mail we get for the last three residents of this home, someone would have figured out that it may be the wrong address... Again, asking too much, I guess...
