I have lost my two mailbox keys for 49a cowesett ave apt 21 of the elms. I was told I need to come in with my lease and reorder keys. Are there any other papers I need to bring?

Complaint: I live at 1 Home Street Unit 1 Package Deliveries Are All to be "PUT INSIDE BACK SIDE DOOR" West Warwick, RI 02893 DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT BEING FOLLOWED!!! REPEDITLY MY PACKAGES ARE BEING LEFT ON OUTSIDE STEPS!!! MY DELIVERIES ALL STATE ON MY ADDRESS LABELS ARE CLEAR TO FOLLOW... THERE ARE PORCH PIRATES IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD AS YOU WELL KNOW...MY PACKAGES HAVE BEEN STOLEN...THIS IS WHY I DIRECT POSTAL SERVICES..UPS, FED X, DHL AND USPS TO DELIVER ALL MY PACKAGES (((INSIDE BACK SIDE DOOR))). CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS FEEDBACK NOTICE ...WHY ARE MY PACKAGES NOT BEING DELIVERED AS INSTRUCTED ON MY ADDRESS LABELS? THEY HAVE BEEN LEAVING THEM ON THE OUTSIDE STAIRS!!!
