I requested that my mail be forwarded on Dec 7th.  I am moving out of state.  I ordered gifts for my children in November for delivery the first week of December.  My mail carrier forwarded my mail before the request date.
Now my children will be here on the 8th - and their gifts won't be here.  Not only is this costing me more money to get them back here in time for Christmas, but I am in tears knowing that I can't send them home with their gifts and I won't be here for Christmas!  I tracked the packages and they all should have been here by the 5th.

She had no business to take this upon herself to decide to forward my mail before the request date.  BTW - she replaced someone very competent by taking away that person's route due to her seniority.  I get mail that is not mine all of the time - there are good mail carriers in Exeter, but residents of Boone Lake - beware!
