Last year, I petitioned to have my mail delivered to my home as opposed the community mailbox 3/4 of a mile from my house that I can’t walk to because I’m disabled. The petition was granted but mail was only delivered to my home a small handful of times. I have to rely on my parents and friends who are able to drive to get my mail, meaning everything I get is late. Please, Coventry post office, deliver my mail to my home and not the communal mailbox that I can’t get to.

I did not have a package on time and I was told if it did not get where it was going by 6:00 I would be refunded my money How do I get A refund?

Phone call from USPS was a pleasant surprise and appreciated. But per tracking, my package has not been scanned but indicates a UPS truck delivered it there Nov. 7-8. No movement! Call Sherlock please

I sometimes have orders coming from Amazon that are shipped by USPS in Coventry, RI. But, they are not delivered to my home. They are left at the post office for me to pick up which is a problem for my back and knees and breathing

Just picked up a package of Meds from Humana and found the package had been opened and my inhalers had been taken out their boxes. Instructions and inhalers were loose and the boxes torn open. I am upset and disturbed about this matter. I will be making a formal complaint to your superiors.

I was expecting a package today and while my tracking says it has been delivered to my residence, it has not yet arrived. In the four years I've lived in this state I and the other members of my household have had numerous (20+) packages lost, damaged, and never returned. Additionally, when my family and I have come in person, the staff is rude, generally unhelpful and often ignores customers when there are lines. Some in my household have filed complaints in person with the Coventry Post Office and I will be doing the same; absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Our family got all of our Passports from Coventry Post Office. The service was fast, knowledgeable and patient with our two toddlers. They even gave the kids lollipops for taking their picture!
