Ya e tenido varios problemas en la entrega de paquetes, ya q los dejan en casa diferentes voy a reclamar ya q para eso existen los tracking y ellos los dejan donde les da la gana, los supervisores de el correo tmbn son unos malcriados hasta apoyan el que sus empleados se roben los paqueteS y mas aun t dicen has el reporte y di q el supervisor t dijo eso nosotros no perdemos, palabras de los empleados aqui es mas fuerte.
No entregan los paquetes diciendo q la direccion esta incorrecta cuando uno va directamente al correo resultado q es la direccion yno saben el porque el cartero pone eso.
Tienen gps donde se ve las coordenadas dnd entregan y dicen que se entrego en la casa correcta cuando no es asi y encima t dicen q vayas a los vecinos haber dnd esta el paquete.
Otro lo dejaron en casa de otro vecino el vecino no sabe de donde es ya q es una persona mayor e hizo lo correcto fue y lo entrego al correo y estos vuelven y se lo entregan al otro dia un mes desaparecido el paquete. Tienen un algarete en ese correo en específico. Tambien no te dejan ni el papel para q vayas a recoger el paquete.
Today we sent our messenger to buy a Postal Money Order for $1,437.15. As per the cashier, there was a discrepancy in the amount we sent vs. what she counted.
The money was counted twice by two colleagues from our office and both agreed on the total amount. We would like to ask the Postal Office to double check the cash register of the person who assisted our messenger to make sure the difference is not on the cashier's register as a mistake.

The total amount sent in the envelope was $1,437.15 the messenger purchase a money order for $1,000 due to the discrepancy in the amounts. He came back with $281.55 since the cashier at the Postal Office expressed there was a discrepancy.

Quiero reportar lo ineficientes que son algunos empleados en el correo de el pueblo de Canovanas, el cartero me deposita mi correo en un buzon rural, recientemente recibo una notificacion que en el correo hay un paquete para ser recojido , el cartero me dejo una nota color de rosa indicando que era el ultimo aviso y que seria devuelto el 2-03-17, cuando en realidad nunca antes recibi un aviso! consegui el numero de telefono del correo de Canovanas y despues de varios dias intentando comunicarme con el personal del correo de Canovanas, la persona que contesta mi llamada no puede darme ninguna respuesta a lo que mi envio se refiere! Hoy dia 3 del mes de febrero 2017 una amistad me hace el favor de ir a buscar el paquete y para mi sorpresa le dicen en el correo que el paquete fue devuelto! no puedo entender eso! Si el dia 3 termina a las 12 de la media noche! soy una persona mayor de edad y no tengo los medios de trasporte para llegar al correo! definitivamente algunos empleados no hacen el trabajo que les corresponde como debe ser! muchas personas se quejan del mal servicio que hay en ese correo! My partner went around Wednesday 5th of October to pick up her pack but they told her that they only had a pack on my name so I went on Saturday to pick it up. They told me there was nothing for me. My partner went again during this week and they told her that the only pack they had was on my name, so I go back to pick it up on Saturday 15 for them to tell me that the pack was returned (information that I could not locate on the internet service). So, I asked them for explanations when they started treating me as "too young to know the process and to understand). I proceeded to show my ID for him to know my name and age and that I have had enough experience to know that their explanation had no logic. So next thing was that they started to treat my partner as my roommate when I have let them know that she is my partner. Then he (Mr. Gilberto) continued treating me with words like "mama" to which I responded to treat me with respect I am not any "mama" of him. He started to call me "Señora” in a cynical tone. I requested for him to track in the system another pack that I have on the way and he refused telling me that that I can do on the internet. Off course I know that but I was already there, not in front of the computer so I wanted him to do his job. He insisted for me to check in the internet. So I asked, isn’t that a service that you give here? So he went back to "look for it" and heard him and colleagues laughing saying "So she thinks she is an old lady!!! hahahaha".
He went back to his desk and had a lady assist me… who, by the way, was also rude and cynical calling me “mama” once again to which I reacted asking me not to call me like that since I am not related to her. She rolled her eyes disrespectfully. I had asked for their supervisors, they gave me the name of the supervisor of the delivery guy, but I wanted to report them in particular for the lack of respect they showed, not the delivery guy. Then I went to another post-office (Loiza St.) which is in charge of 00910. To talk with the supervisor who is supposed to be a woman but never got the chance to see her. I saw Mr. Roberto Delgado who denied to take my claim because I supposedly used bad words when I never did. He was yelling at me so I ask for the name of his supervisor and he continued telling me that when I speak to his supervisor to be sure to tell the truth because they have everything on tape. I love the idea that they have it on tape because supervisors will know who is really lying. The story is longer but in summary: HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience with the one agency I used to (past tense) trust and defend for being responsible. But not anymore until clients are hear and payed attention too.
Me envian un paquete d China y llega a catano luego lo envian a San Juan y luego a los USA. Luego lo reenvian a catano d ahi a aguadilla y d ahi a San Juan. Dios Santo k horrible esta este sevicio. Fui empleado federal por 20 años en justicia y nunca en mi agencia fuimos incompetente. Deben d meter a oig para k investiguen porque no cojen el telefono cuando los clientes llaman y porque este tirijala con los paquetes.
I have had nothing but trouble with the Post office in PR. my Daughter sent me two packages from Santa Rosa CA I received one but one got sent back and it had the right Address on them the Last time I checked my tracking it was in cantano. PR and was told I would receive it on the 8th of Sept,2016. when I checked my tracking again it was sent back to San Juan. PR and going back to Santa Rosa CA. I have called the post office. in San Juan and no answer for help to stop it from going back to Santa Rosa. CA I am not going to pay again for it to be shipped . I think the Post Office needs to refund my money and over night my package for free.
I cannot believe how sad it is the post office in Puerto Rico everytime I call nobody answers people calls you leave you a message for you to call them back and the directory constant repeating it self and you could not get through nobody picks it up it's a waste of my taxpayers money to keep funding a post office in Puerto Rico who does not answer their phone they should shut them down and stop wasting taxpayers money
i have been to 3 different post offices in Adjuntas and 2 in Ponce, and they don't have a change of address card, they told me it can be done in the internet, so far all the sites for the us postal services change of address i have found, charge 39.99 to do the change of address, isn't that a ripped off. That service is supposed to be provided free of charge.
A parcel I sent from Greece on the 23rd of March (by Registered Mail), after staying for more than two weeks in the Long Island region (Bethpage and Flushing USPS facilities) FOR NOTHING, today (20th of April) it reached Puerto Rico (Catano and then San Juan). Please note that its destination is Wayne Michigan (near Detroit). To call USPS a madhouse is an euphism, if I hadn't lived this on my own, I wouldn't believe it by anyone else's words. I guess next stop is Alaska? Hawaii?

I share the same opinion too... the customer phone service don't works. I'm trying to contact anybody on this number and nobody pick up the phone... The Juana Diaz Postal Office been more specific the postmaster Alex Perez don't show loyalty to the customers... I'm waiting for two packages over a week ago and he don't know what to do, just pick up my phone number and the tracking number of the packages (3 times the same shit)
Do you people ever answer the phone? I sent an overnight package to PR and still at this time I have no clue as to where it is. I don't pay taxes and pay for your service (and salaries) for crappy service... Get to it or I will take this up to my member of Congress
US Postal Service in Vega Baja failed to notify I had a packge waiting after 8 days it arrived. I asked twice if it had arrived cause it was sent priority and was told it hadn't while on the internet tracking page it had been there for the past 8 days. I called the postmaster to complain and he had nothing to say or care.
