They never answer the phone! This is the second time that they lost a package and enter "delivered at mailbox" in the USPS tracking system. And they did not do anything about it!!

Well I can't say the same of others here. I had very good service in Cupey. The supervisor and another employee were very helpful and attentive to the request of info I made to them. The supervisor even went out of his way to search for additional info and contact numbers for me to be able to acquire about- Business mail-out flyer forms. My husband was able to contact and request their future services for our new business in the Cupey area. So for Puerto Rico's standards, our service was very good! Thank you Cupey!

Son unos vagos desconsiderados. Estuve todo el dia esperando una carta certificada y el cartero ni siquiera toco bocina para alertarme q llego. Cuando a las 5pm rastreo la carta aparece que supuestamente "hicieron intento" de entregarla. MENTIRA. Son unos vagos que ni siquiera hacen un esfuerzo. Lo triste es que no es mi primera mala experiencia.Hace unos meces sorpreendi al cartero dejando mis cartas encima de un carro aunque habia espacio para que llegara al buzon en sin bajarse del vehiculo. Verdaderamente un servicio chichoepuerco!!!
Estoy contigo.... Tengo el mismo problema. Cartero vago q no se baja a meter la correspondencia en el buzon. Tampoco habia carro bloqueando, y a de mas es costumbre ya.... Tambien mezcla las cartas. La mia la deja en otro buzon y la del vecino en mi buzon. Es un algarete....
Envie 2 paquetes y solo re ivieeon uno ,el otro ellos disen que enviaron el papel para que lo recojan lo. Ual es falso ,envie la persona al correo y dicen que el paquete esta pero no saben donde esto tiene que paral en pr por unas tennis aguantan los paquetes solo costaron 55.00trabajen para que tengan lo suyo ademas ustedes ganan bueno....
What time is the best hour to call you guys? I tried the 1 800 phone the 00936 general post office in PR and also 00926 Cupey Office, no answer and the package I sent that was supposed to deliver by 5/27 still waiting for deliver, in top of that, the tracking page is not updated.
It takes 2 days for my package to arrive from Florida, USA to Puerto Rico... yet somehow it takes 3 days for the package to move from the Cataño sorting facility to Cupey Station. Furthermore, Cupey station has the worst postal employees I have ever seen. I went to pick up a package and front desk employees attended people who came in AFTER me, mailmen inside could be heard laughing and joking as if it were a high school mess hall, to summarize: complete incompetence and disregard for their job and their customers. These guys make us Puerto Ricans look bad. To top it off, as everyone has stated... their phone is merely a decoration, for it servers no actual purpose. Everyone in this office should be fired, beginning with their manager. As Sun Tzu once said: "When an army loses a battle, it is not the soldiers fault. It is the general's.
What is going on in this office. I've been trying to call the Cupey Postal Service Office in Puerto Rico and no one answered the phone. One hour calling and no one answers.... Horrible Customer Service and people wonder why some offices have to close. Who is the manager there???? Maybe no one.... Who is checking what is going on in this place??? Maybe no one.... I can't believe that is how customers are being treated in this place. What a shame...
El servicio es pésimo, nunca contestan el teléfono y uno paga por el sevicio de entrega y nó por tener que ir a buscar los paquetes a la Oficina de Correo. Si Yo mismo tengo que ir a buscar mi correspondencia, para que pago por el servicio de entrega. Y hagannos el favor de decir la verdad, si el teléfono no sirve no digan que tienen teléfono y si funciona, por favor renuncien y dejen que otros que si quieran trabajar hagan una buena labor de "Servicio al Cliente".
I visited your post office last Saturday. Once it was my turned, postal employee, Virgilio Cruz refused to weigh my envelope, since I was still filing the Certified Mail Receipt. He insisted that I stood aside in order to finish (when I had only to finish two more lines on the address. Once I finished and it was my turn again, he did not call me for my turn. Instead, he proceeded to help the postal employee who was handing out packages. Once another employee tended to me, he returned to his area. I had to ask his name, since he was not wearing a name tag. It is the first time that I have been treated so rudely by a postal worker and refused service when the certified mail receipt is still blank.
