I keep reading review after review about how no one answers the phone's if you want to get in touch with anyone at the post office the best way to do it is USPS.COM, Under Help - contact us- drop down arrow for options. The phone issue is probably never going to be resolved with the current Administrators. Reach them by computer. They have a certain amount of time to respond and there will be a record of complaints. If there are enough people higher than the current bosses will see them.
I sent a large check from 14 south Keesey St. on 4/10 to 190 Arsenal
Rd. Today is 4/14. They have not received my check. Should I stop

Have not received mail since Monday 3/13. Understand no deliver of mail Tues. 3/14. Went through the trouble to clean out a space at our mailbox. When I tried to call the post office to inquire got a recording that the voice mailbox was full. Very disappointed, our mailbox is empty and there is no way to contact the post office because their mailbox is full!. What irony! Poor customer service.
After reading all the reviews, I still tried to contact this office. Sadly, nothing has changed from the reviews already shown. I have been calling for literally 1 hour. It rings 3 times, goes to voicemail and get told you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. My guess is they never responded to the issues below and they're still in their voice mail. There's not a lot to say that hasn't been said - sadly, we don't have a choice for mail & they know it. I even called the main number to try to get a resolution. Their menu is actually worse than calling this office. If you are looking for a package with a number it's an OK system. If you're looking for any other resolution, you might as well go back to calling until you lose your patience. Maybe it's time for someone to create a new postal service because this stinks. Next time they ask for an increase in stamp costs, email your local Representative to vote NO. Good luck, I am thankful I'm moving.
Dose anyone work here? All I want is to have a new mail box location approved. I waited inline at your office for 45 mins 6 mouths ago. Called the postmaster general 7 times with no return phone calls. I talked to the delivery driver 3 times about mail not be delivered to the right mailbox. I was told that the delivery driver has been trying to get this mail system out here fixed for years. And because one of the mailbox is and employee of this post office nothing ever get done. I'm a willing to pay to fix the mailbox delivery problem! Please have your postmaster general return calls.
This is a terrible office! I can never get anyone to answer the phone and most of the time you can't leave a message, when you can no one returns your call. I own 2 businesses and don't have time to continually run to the post office to pick up packages or track down someone to find out why I didn't get something. No one has any idea what is going on there. This is by far the worst post office. No wonder the post office is having such a hard time.
When they deliver packages, certain mail carriers place the package right against my doorstep (it's a step down) in front in the door. When I step out to leave the house I step right on the package because I can't see it. I not only crush the package but I twist my ankle & nearly fall. Surely they should realize the hazard and put it to the side. All other delivery services do. It's dangerous!!
I have had serious concerns with missing rental checks not being delivered to my address over the last year. In addition there have been failure of delivery with personal checks also. It is not an issue with my postal delivery person it is a problem of the check not getting on the truck. THIS has happened o er a dozen times and people have had to pay to have their checks cancelled at their local banks. Please address this conern and contact me back
You can't get anybody on the phone at the Concord Road location you get better service with UPS or FedEx I see why the US Postal Service is suffering no one wants to pay for people to get on the phone and actually help people
This is by far THE WORST post office there is. Literally every single time I have a package that is delivered by them I never receive it. They ALWAYS send it to the wrong address, which is ridiculous because I live in an apartment community so it's not like our mailbox is hard to find being as they're all together in a cluster. I am always having to go to the post office on my day off to ask about missing packages. I am repeatedly told that there is nothing they can do about it. Ummm, why not get someone who knows how to deliver mail? There's a start. Calling is no good because they either don't answer, or don't call back. I don't know what kind of joke they're playing, but it's getting old. It sucks that when you order online you can't choose who delivers it, and it's a shame that the staff at the post office don't care.
I live in a place that has a location for mailboxes in one location. Periodically mail is in the wrong boxes which is usually not a huge problem. But my pet has a heart condition and her medicine is delivered through you. According to my tracking it was delivered yesterday afternoon but the key left in our box to open the larger boxes for the packages was for the wrong box. So now I dont know if it is in one of the other boxes and the key is in someone elses box or what. This is just one of her medicines she takes and is important for her. I do not understand how this happened when when that box was locked the key should have been put right in my box.
