Medications mailed via USPS from Gettysburg PA have not been received as of 020/05/24. When trying to track the package via the automated system, it states it was delivered on 01/30/24 at 2:30 p.m. however, the medications have not been received. This is an urgently needed medication. Doesn't seem to be a way to expedite the process for USPS to look into this matter.

I would like to know why mail is not picked up for days when it is in the mail boxes? I live in a condo and we have a central mail box, I put outgoing mail in my small box and the mail carrier puts my new mail right on TOP of it without taking the outgoing mail. It is sometimes not pick up for almost a week. I even put a post it note on top to "please take my mail" and I guess it is ignored. This has been happening for years off and on (so not same carrier). My bills come very close to being late! The stamp prices go up but the quality of mail delivery goes down!!

I want to know why I haven't got my mail for 3 days? Are you going to pay my late fees for my bills? And what about my check I'm waiting for, how am I supposed to live without my check? I guess I need to contact the post master general. I'm tired of hearing it's because of the virus. Maybe you should go without your mail for as long as I have and see how you like it. This is uncalled for, the mail should always be delivered, unless there's a disaster. I live at 2734 Ironstone Hill Rd York Pa. Like I said before, I'll be sending all my late charges to your post office, so you can take care of them. a

I have a package sitting in your facility. It’s been there for 6 days. When I call, your phone rings and rings. No voicemail, no one picks up. I called other locations and while they can’t help, they do answer the phone. I’ve used Live Chat and waited for 60 minutes on the 1800 customer service line before hanging up. I did file a complaint. I can drive to West York and stand in line but isn’t that now discouraged with COVID protocols in place? This is unacceptable.

Our address is 1101 Hillside Drive, 17403 Carrier drove past our mailbox which has the red flag up but did not stop to get the mail. I intercepted her further on the route and her excuse was 1) first time on the route and can't find addresses and 2) she was "having a bad day". Sorry, its her job.
