On May 13 I went to York New Salem PO and had a letter sent Certified. Today May 17 I went to get my mail out of my mailbox and had received the certified letter back stamped RETURNED FOR POSTAGE. I went back to post office and asked what's goin on ? This wAs post office error not my error. I was not offered refund because the clerk said it had to be resent! What about now the letter is late and I had to go back to post office to straighten out the problem????
