It is now 7 PM and my mail has not been picked up yet. Is there an issue in Windsor?

We appear to have a new postal carrier in the Stonecrest Development off Valley Rd. She flies through our development like its a race, missing flags that are up (she just missed mine today) and some of my neighbors have complained they aren't getting their mail. Its very frustrating....
