If you run an online business and want issues go to this post office in Wexford and ask for, Sue. She will mess with your business by holding packages, inspecting them (for no reason) and adding postage if she can. She’s a nightmare for any small business owner. If you get another rep you should be fine. It’s not worth taking the chance. Sue is old with gray greasy hair and she will give you a hard time. She’s a small, small person & I don’t mean petite.

Sue is not nice! She’s from the Wexford Post Office. She gives everyone a hard time. I’ve seen it over & over again. She’s a bully. I think this is the first time she’s ever been able to exert power over others because she enjoys it & gives everyone the third degree. Where’s the customer service? I no longer go to this post office because of her attitude.

This is not my usual post office so I hadn't been there in several years. I was pleasantly surprised at how light, bright and organized the space was since the last time I had been there. Better yet, the employees seemed genuinely happy to work there and were extremely cheerful and helpful. I attribute the change in attitude to a change in management. The new postmaster is a gem; she is professional, responsible and a kind, caring person. Thank you CS!!

It is confusing on how the package tracking would work. The web site requests for something to be installed. After that, the whole page shows "Already Installed" everywhere without showing any other meaningful feedback. Terrible!

First-Class Certified Mail sent in person at Wexford on Nov. 6 arrived in downtown Pittsburgh on Dec 7. First-Class Certified Mail sent in person on January 22 at Wexford to Harrisburg still "in transit" on February 1. People at the counter are friendly and helpful. Management and logistics suck big time.

Tired of late packages. Tired of lost packages. Tired of damaged packages. Tired of excuses. Tired of workers getting angry at me for expecting them to do their jobs. This Post office sucks.

Why is our mail coming later and later every day. What happened to our regular lady, she had our mail here no later than 3pm everyday. Got a note about cars on the street blocking the box, if that person is to lazy to get out of the truck and take a few steps to the box then get rid of them . If I knew what time they are going to show up then I would meet them at the box. It such scrap shoot.

My mail carrier doesn't drag her ass to my mailbox until at least 5PM most days. It's really convenient. The perfect amount of time to not be able to contact the actual office if something you're expecting doesn't show up.
